jlhaslip 4 Report post Posted November 1, 2006 The address you are using is wrong for the Xisto.com accounts."mysite" is a generic answer for the name of the Host you are using.Change "mysite" to "feipoh.trap17.com" and try again.Check this linkBookmark the page when you get to the cpanel. The Cpanel itself isn't down just the MySQL so you will still be able to access your Cpanel just won't be able to use any databases but it should be fixed shortly. electriic ink 1 Report post Posted November 2, 2006 (edited) It looks as though you are using IE6. I recommend upgrading to IE7 or, if you want, changing your browser altogether. Besides what Microsoft says it can do, it will almost definitely be better at establishing connections with the server.I too had that problem but as soon as I installed Firefox it was fixed...
