The ppl that diss runescape aparently haven't played the new version that came out i don't know... a while back (a couple of years). Also one must take into consideration the fact that since there are many ppl in this world and since ppl aren't alike... you gotta figure that ppl don't have the same opinions and tastes of games. So i respect yall who hate runescape b/c that is your opinion and you have acted upon it and chosen a different game. My opinion is that runescape is and awsome game that keeps my interest and i rarely get bored (i listen to music while doing a usually boring task... training... runecrafting... the such). There is a couple of things though that i must agree about with the runescape hater playas. They graphics could be a whole lot better and there are MANY MANY immature pre-teens and sadly teenagers (they should never get on the game those immature ppl). All-in-all runescape is a good game, but like in everything it has its pros and cons. those who are looking for should try it out and decide on your whether you like it or not.

They never split it into two sections. They just updated their servers for better graphics (hard to tell lol), and room for more gameplay. There is no two dimensional version of runescape. There is no way to go back to the old version of runescape also known as runescape classic unless you still have an active account in RSC. The only split version of RuneScape I know about is members and nonmembers.

Rune scape. I think that thegame is not pretty good comprared to the other free mmorpgs you find nowadays. i think they should make the paid membership i little bit cheap also. I remember when i was small this was the first mmoprpg i played. I found it so difficult and interesting. Actually making fire and making your own food was the best part of the game. Yes i used to mine alot and the only thing i made was a sword and hammer. I think my account would have been disabled by now. It was harshnisar only.Now i play a bteer mmorpg and i think its the best. It was also voted the best mmorpg in 2007 and yes its free to play . Its name in conquer and it has much more better graphics then runescape but as a starter gamer i would recomend runescape as it teaches the basics of a mmorpg. And the best part of runescape is that youdont have to download a client. I had to download a 400mb client fro conquer but it results in better gaming and no lagging.

HI, my runescape username is melkonianarg, and i'm basically a newbie on it. I was endering if anyone else on this forum had heard of it, or had played it or has an account. I have found out that the best way of playing it, other than simply completing quests is to get together in groups to do stuff, like abush people in the wilderness or all go mining. This way the most amount of raw materials is produced and can be made into bars of metal, followed by shields and weapons including swords , scimitars and bows, ranging from longbows to short bows...So anyone played, if so leave your username on the topic and we may talk to each other on it, i usually go on at about 10pm uk time for 20-30 minutes, just for refernce (UK time). Seeeya everyone!

I have to agree with you, the best way is to play in a group or "clan" but I also have to add, the graphic could be a lot better, and you do have lags. When I am playing it. Normally on a T3 Line, I still have a pretty good lag or freeze. But I have also learned that if you are playing in a world without a lot of other players these lags are not as bad or offen.

I liked the game, but know they totally just ruined the game. I'm telling you a lot of people are mad because the game has been ruined because of all their updates. Ask anyone in the game how fun it was before they took away the trade value which totally sucks. Also * be prepared for this * They took away the wilderness and no more people killing. They created something new called bounty hunter.The trade limit stinks also. They can't merchant so everyone is super poor now.Well take this into consideration before you start to get even more bum when you actually start playing..
