Google Storage for Developers is basically a free but upgradeable file hosting service. You can either place your files on Google's cloud for private use or add a link to them for public use.

 

The only bad thing is that there is a waiting list But you never know if it's long or short.

yeah i agree with you two, things here are worse than ever and the slow loading of the forum is making things even more worse. a lot of times i try to open the forum to see what is the news in here, but it takes a minute or two to load the sign in page and the same for every page i try to open. so finally, i give up and leave the forum, well usually i don't do that but really right now i don't have enough time to wait and try to deal with things here. so thanks god the forums is now loading fine, therefor i could post and do some things in the forum, and really hope it will still the same.

good topic anwiii, glade to see you around trying your best here, i hope i could join too, but you know i have my own troubles to deal with now and the forums loads so slow for me and works horrible with my computer that i can barely open the forum. any way great job reporting the spam here.and thank you rvalkass for your effort as a moderator, i know you are doing your best for Xisto and recently you are the most moderator that i see online. thanks again for your hard work to keep this place as it is and not getting worse . and i hope that i could be here more to fix things with you guys but i will do my best doing this. good luck for all.

well, for some reason i always considered the number 0 as an even number ). but later when i was studying math and knew the rule about division by zero and retrieving a whole number (as bani explained before in his post) i knew why. and i think it is a reasonable explanation, at least for me, so 0 is an even number not an odd odd number.

even i didn't hear about this program before, but i will try it myself as soon as i can. because i really think that dealing with php scripts, especially if we use only pure code to generate php codes ( i mean editors only), needs a debugger or a bug tracer, or we will get a lot of errors here and there.

 

so, thank you for sharing us this information. i will keep it in my mind next time i will debug a php project.

well bani, i am not sure about which one is better for a beginner WAMP or XAMPP. but i remember reading that in a tutorial before. and i heard the same words from my teacher (the one who is giving us lectures in PHP and MYSQL)that XAMPP is better to deal with for students in beginner level.especially for the ones who are using windows.

to answer your question, yes you should have apache, mysql and php installed on every pc or laptop you want to run your php scripts on locally. and about the configuration thing, try XAMPP instead of WAMP, it easier to deal with. therefor, it is always recommended to use XAMPP if you are a beginner, so try it if you want and ask me if you have any question. good luck.edit:when you complete installing, try to type only "localhost" and then you should see the XAMPP page. and from there you should to enter phpmyadmin. if you failed to see any of them then there is something wrong in your installation.and as i told you Xampp doesn't need configuration.

i was facing the same thing with my baby girl when she was two years old and till now . but i always trying to feed her a healthy food, like less sugar and candy or chocolate, more vegetable and fruits and of course less fat. the technique i followed from the beginning, is like this:- always she should drink milk in the morning if she did not, then i try another thing like milk in different taste like the one mixed with banana or strawberry or at least give her a hot chocolate, or milk and tea or anything that contains milk, if she refused then i won't give her anything else, and always i try to bribe her " no milk, no candy".- usually, i give her a one piece of candy or chocolate a day, and between meals. i mean like an extra meal, but never give her anything even fruits before the main meal. because she will feel full and doesn't eat her main meal.- my rule is no chocolate or candy after 6 pm. or she will be active and that will avoid her from sleeping, because of the caffeine in sweets you know.- since my baby is a stubborn baby girl, so i never force her to eat healthy vegetable like salad or anything she dislike. what i do is i say it is ok, don't eat, just wait till we finished. and me and her father start eating in front of her and talking on how a delicious food it is . and because she is curious she will taste to find out. and that worked till now, well not always but most of the time.- in general, if she refused to eat a certain fruit or vegetable, i try to give to her in a different way. like slicing them or cutting them into small pieces and add some extra things to change the taste or look. like adding honey, or a little sugar on fruits. or adding cheese and salt on cucumber. when i am out of ideas, i start searching the net.hope those will help you a bit, good luck.

i am working on asp.net, using microsoft visual web developper 2010 express. and i was trying to use the provider model. so i installed the SDK so i can use the (aspnet_regsql.exe) tool to setup the database required to use (membership, profile, role,...etc). but the first problem i met is not finding the database in the database explorer, or solution explorer. maybe because i am saving my projects in D: drive not C: drive. and when i searched in c: drive i found the database that is created by the tool aspnet_regsql.exe. therefor, i solved the problem by attaching the database manually from the solution explorer. so, is ehat i did right or wrong?? and if it is then how can i attach te database that it seems only can be created in C: drive??

after that when i tried to set up the profile provider, i edited the web.config file, created a login page and added the required code but i got this error:

WAMP or XAMPP are the best, but as a beginner i will recommend XAMPP. it is easy to install and use. in fact the new version doesn't need and configuration, not like the older ones. all you need to do is save it from here https://www.apachefriends.org/download.html

 

unzip it and install it. when it finished you will get a folder named XAMPP in your c drive. inside it you can see a folder named "htdocs" and this is where you should save your php files. once you save them there, you can view them in your browser by only typing LOCALHOST/yourfilename.php

 

but don't forget to start apache and mysql from the xampp control panal each time you start working with your php files. that's all.and for best php codes try using an editor that supports php language. i recommend you adobe dreamweaver cs, you can download the trial version from the official site. or you can get this one, komodo for free from here http://www.activestate.com/komodo-ide/downloads/edit

 

and use it to write your codes. after all, training on php codes locally is better 10 times than on any other way. because simply, it will be faster and easier to practice. especially if you are a beginner. good luck.

because i never copy my designs, NEVER. i only collect tools that i think they are near to the person's personality and try to come up with something new that reflects him. and absolutely i never saw something near to my theme any where, i just collected what i want to be in my site and tried to make a portrait from them. and i think i told you before that the tree swing was my baby's idea not mine, i just added it. and surely she didn't see that from any other website since she was only 3 years old at that time.

well, i will say Xisto since i spend time here more than facebook . and as sheepdog said, away from getting a free hosting or domain name. here i can reach my friends and know a lot about them, even i didn't talk to them, and i must say that i always meet interesting people here. also i can get help when i face a problem in my site or get advices. and this is so cool in our time i guess.away from this forums, i don't have a particular site that i like, i appreciate all the sites that offer valuable information and help others in a way or another.

hmm, my favorite tv shows!! i think i have many, so i will post what i remember and if i would remember more i will add them - Opera: it was always my best tv show, she talks about anything and everything and she does that so openly and freely. i really like her.- Doctors: i love this show because they really explain everything in a simple way, and sometimes they give easy solutions for big problems. - Tyra Banks Show: this show in connected to women and the fashion more than anything else. aaa she is funny and give a great tips about fashion and makeup than any other show.- So You Think You Can Dance: it really contains funny events in the beginning of the show when a lot who think they can dance but walking to the end i really enjoy all the kind of dances that they do in so professional way.well i can't remember more right now , and seems not many here share me my interest

Dogs lick for a variety of reasons. One is that it is a nurturing, motherly instinct. Dams will lick their pups to keep them clean and healthy. Did you know that a newborn puppy cannot poop until it's mother licks it's backside to stimulate defication? Sounds weird, but you have to remember that dogs were not always domestic animals. Mothers used to have to go out and catch food for themselves and their pups. If the pups crapped all over themselves while the mother was gone off hunting, the smell would alert preditors to the pups location, and they would become lunch for some other creature. If the pups had to hold it till mom got back she would clean them all up and prevent the oder problem.
Dogs also lick each other when there are injuries involved and one dog cannot reach his own injuries. It is common to see dogs licking each other ears, a common place for not only injuries, but dirt accumilations. Obviously, one cannot reach his own ears to lick them, the same holds true with the eyes, which often accumilate matter around them. Licking is a major sourse of doggie hygene, since they can't use a washrag and turn on the hot water.

As for dogs licking humans, I think it for the most part is a show of affection and the dog thinks we need cleaning. Or attention to an injury. In some cases there is the food thing, if we have just eaten a cheeseburger, our dogs do enjoy getting that little bit of wonderful flavored grease off our fingers. But for the most part it's how they interact with us humans on their own doggie level.

Here is my 0.03 mycent . Well i'm with WD on this one. I'm non-native english author and spinner was competing against me when i started writing online. Now that i managed to get past level of spinner, with improvement in sentence formation etc. I can take my revenge against spinner.
I don't like spinner for many reasons - one that wd mentioned already. Second how many spinner articles are readable ?

For example i found one article where bot posted this - "Flatbottom our youngest son, who is digit, is acquisition how to use the Whirley Pop Corn popper." Okay, what's this ? Is this anyway readable ? is it providing any value to anyone ? Here is another one of the spinner gems. "Mostly, you belike already bonk virtually Vizio, they are one of good manufacturers of LCD Video in the Unpartitioned States". So united states synonym is "unpartitioned states" ?. Anyway, nothing against those who use it and nothing against tutorial as well. Enjoy whatever web and life is throwing at you. It's really have funny side if you look at it.

yeah, i was about mentioning the same thing, but you were ahead of me mahesh . for me, as i used to depend on self taught to get more knowledge, so i was reading tutorials and search for them all the net. you know, since tutorials are better and faster to get information from a book. and i faced the same problem, reading un understood tutorials that all they do is wasting my time.

i used that scenario as an example of a HUGE difference of opinion in regards to morals and ethics that people judge by.
in this case it's article spinning. you are degrading all people that use article spinners saying whoever uses them are unethical. my arguement against your statement is you are making false judgements on people when you probably never used an article spinner to know what it fully does and why it's used. i've been waiting for an answer in why you feel it's unethical, but all you have done so far is agree with me when i give certain scenarios. you say it's your opinion, but you really haven't clarified your opinion at all.

sorry for being persistent, but more and more people are using article spinners these days and this thread will certainly be searched out in google. it's important that there is no misleading information here when someone blatantly calls people unethical if they use article spinners.

let me go on further to ask you a question? is it unethical for people to call other people unethical when those other people aren't hurting anyone? i am wondering who is making you judge and jury for what is ethical if someone wants to spin a plr or original content or rewrite someone elses work and then spin it. if this is your strong opinion on this subject, what experience do you have with article spinners to know they are unethical for other people to use them? i seriously want to know how you are basing your opinion to make blanket statements in calling people unethical. that is degrading and demoralizing to anyone who has used an article spinner

in my opinion, the difference between rewriting articles and spinning them is huge. how?? i will explain. first, when we like to write something about a certain topic we will read several topics, collect information and gather them again in our way and words. it is something like making a research, then we don't have to ask for permissions. because basically it will be your effort not others.

but taking a certain article and simply spinning it, it is like taking other's efforts.

but in any case, i still think peoples opinions will differ anyway because there is a thin line where morals and values are defined and sometimes it's hard to even know what is morally correct. this is why we have different laws in different parts of the world. there has never been a way to truely define what is right or wrong fully or the different levels of what is morally wrong. for example. in some parts of the world, if you're caught drinking and driving, you can be excecuted. in other parts of the world, you get thrown in jail for a day, pay a $500 fine, and take a class

i was only talking on ME how I seeing things. and i think i have the right of saying so, since it took me about at least an hour to write a post and another to upload and make sure that everything is fine and choosing the keywords for seo . after all, personally i won't mind if anyone asked me first before posting my article in his site. but doing that behind my back without even asking me, no. i won't accept that, and i remember that YOU yourself told me once to make sure that others won't steal my articles and if i knew that somebody did, i should pm him and ask him to add a link to the original one!! right??

well, i think you should change the colors first. i mean the whole layout colors, they don't look so fit with each other, to do that the best way is by finding a color schema for your site. you could pick the most color you like in your site (like the color of the background, or the color of the sidebar, or the main content) and then browse for sites that give you ideas about the colors schema that will fit with your favorite color. this way you will know what colors you can mix them together and look fine in your site.

and you will need a catchy logo, more professional and more interesting. and change the font color of the upper menu, to take the attention of the visitors. and the shadow of the main content should be till the edges or you can better remove it to look like the sidebar, because it looks cut off now. finally my forever rule add an interesting footer, that reflect you as the owner of the site.

of course you can do more, but those for now may do a lot. good luck.
