It's possible unless your computer wasn't even good 5 years ago. My computer is 6 years old and I'm running Windows 7 on it without any problems.

What specs does the computer that you are using now have? Depending on what they are you can probably get better results with your money by upgrading some parts.

There is no best martial arts, but if you are looking to lose wieght I would recomend Taekwondo, It's something I picked up around 5 years ago and It helped me lose some extra weight that I had.
