There is a System Requirements Detector made by one of the most well knows program makers for the sims. You can find it at: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ Its about half way down the page, it will detect weather your system will support the game, handy for before buying the game.

I have an nVIDIA FX 5200 (128mb) suposedly unsupported, but it works ok, i have 512Mb RAM, i am soon to upgrade my graphocs card to a 256Mb model and get 1Gb extra RAM (motherboard has dual chanel) and it should be sweet, as for the game, I love it!

I have to agree, I like seeing peoples sigs to see their sites etc. but some are just too long! Other forums i go to have sig rules e.g And people dont often break the rules, they have a VERY fast firum because of the no sig pics rule. After they introduced these new rules, the forum even became more active.

for a start, only people on the local network can access the ".lan" or ".office" office domains, seems as the main server has them setup with DNS. noone from the outside can access them. I dont exactly see why anyone would want their own domain on their own private network, unless a school or college or something. They could simple use the comuter names or IP'sThere are services on th web wwhere you can create your own domains, byt that requires the end user to download and install an extension into IE to be able to support them, simple to tell them where to look for misc domain extensions. There realy is no point in having myawesomesite.myext

WOW dude... cPanel is just one of many web hosting control panels out there, they dont effect teh way php runs! thats probobaly because of its built-in firewall. Most good routers come with a web-based config, just type in its IP in your browser. usualy (192.168.0.1) or something similar. simply go to the firewall settings. should be simple enough. else, do a google search

I cant believe this, people queing for ages to get petrol... why? no reason. there is no shortage. The only shortange is because everyone is buiying it in huge amounts. Lorry drivers and that are planning to drive slowly on the motorway, why? no reason. Like that will lower petrol prices??!?!?!?! The only REAL way to get petrol prices lowered is to boycot the large petrol stations, BP and Esso (same company) they will be forced to lower prices, and other companies will follow. In my opinion, most british people are thick (sorry, but its true, and yes, I am british). I am not old enough to drive yet, but I dont want to be paying over ?1 (GBP) a liter when I drive. So to all british people who drive: DONT BUY FROM THE LARGE COMPANIES LIKE BP, ESSO and TEXACO! Me and a few friends have been thinking about this for a while, and it will work. we just need to get about 1/2 the UK to stop buying from the large companies.

Its a good game, but quite limited with scenery not being able to be placed at some places. I may go get the expansion soon, but i dont know yet.

You have never used dreamweaver templates ciroxyz. I prefer to use php Includes as it gives you alot more freedome. But dreamweaver treats includes as templates sometimes. And I think its you who needs to learn alot more (no hard feelings). My sites are clean html, with php. if you use php at all, it does not show for the end user, the php code is processed by php (the software) and the output is html. BUT you need to tell php what the outputs can be, so, all clean valid html and css of corse.

linking to a lower ranked site can pull your soite down with it, avaid topsite lists and pages FULL of links. search engines see that as link farms and they rank very low.

using your full url in links sometomes confuses search engines, makes it think its a different site. use ../ in your links to mean "back a directory"
