Yes, they have cameras on them. They've had cameras on them for a while now. It's one of the "crap" i was talking about.

I, personally, dont like mobile phones. I believe they ruin people's lives. They're supposed to be used for emergencies, not for personal stuff. I've seen people lose their mobile phones and they start acting like it's the end of the world. These phone companies should stop adding crap that's not necessary, and maybe the streets will be safer.

Only way a php page will affect bandwidth is if you have like a wav file running on the page, and have like tons and tons of images. Other than that, it's all text...

I use spyware blaster, it's free and updates for it are pretty frequent, and it doesnt need to stay open in order for it to work.

I dont mind having lots of programs open as long as they dont "group up". Then i have to guess what window it is from the menu, the one i want to see/use. I dont like things that are time consuming. Plus my computer is pretty crappy, so it wont be able to handle many programs opened at the same time.

Only one thing interests me out of these. And that's the weather.

For a second there, looking at the topic name, i thought you worked for google.. Yes, web hosting with everything a deticated server would supply. And i wouldnt mind putting relavent google ads to keep the service going. Google ads are so modifiable to your theme. And this web hosting service would only be accessible with your gmail account. Like how Yahoo! has one account for practically all of its "extras".

Yes, change the color of the border. And i suggest making another pixel border, like 5 pixels away. As for the text, make it that same brownish color with some grunge look to it. Make it seem like it's indented into the batman symbol.

What kind of style will you be going with? Grunge? Trends? Abstract? Fractal? Tech?

You can always prevent the home page from showing when you open up IE. In the shortcut properties, in the "target" field. Add " -nohome" at the end, without quotes. This will also help IE load faster upon opening.

I've quoted all things i would like to see a tutorial on. The ones i didnt put i already know how to do. As for brushing, will it include cg, digital art? As for "glass effect", will it include "cracked" glass (ie, bullet holes)?

I see. Well, one thing i can think of that you can do is put the menu in a table, and just add that image as a background image for that table.

Will the stuff behind the menu be interactive? or just there for looks?

Reason i can think of why they arent moving is probably because you dont have the position as "relative". Having it relative will move based on the size of the window. Having it absolute will mean, whatever the location was given will stay at that location no matter what.

I may not be a moderator, or an admin, but when i looked over your posts, i can see some posts that can be considered spam. Infact, i saw quite i few. I can understand why you wouldnt call them spam, cause they're your posts. But some of your posts didnt really contribute to most of the topics...

What method did you use for fopen? w+? x+? r+? a+? Cause for certain one of these may cause problems if the file isnt created first..

Not everyone has windows xp, and saint_michael is right. The only way that could possibly happen is if the user saves the images onto a computer which supports the picture viewer. When you click on a link to an image, the browser automatically downloads it and previews it on the browser, it doesnt give you the option to open or save onto a designated folder.

It's fine the way it is, it's just personally, i dont like it. I guess it's the colors, or the worms charatcer. I cant really point it out. It just doesnt say "wow" for me. I'm sure other people like it.

Wow, you've been busy . They all look cool, but not so much for #13 on post 2. For #7 on your first post, how'd you do that warp thing in the background? Simple lasso, paint, and polar coordinates?
