There are a few topics here on Xisto that deal with video editing software, and specifically video editing software for Ubuntu and Kubuntu. Below I've listed a few, and although most video editing software contains the ability to blur certain sections, I can't be certain all the ones I list do, so check first. Or, as they're free, download them and give them a go anyway

Also note that a few of those are KDE-based applications, so they will install the KDE libraries on Ubuntu if you don't have them already.

It's truly a tragic situation but compared to the situation in the past hundred years, the picture is improving. The crimes still happen and women in some parts of India are still ill-treated, but all hope is not lost. The young generation is realising how barbaric such deeds are. So I guess this is the last generation which will suffer such parental pressures. In another 10-20 years, the present youth will become parents and they will have the capacity to think clearly, so hopefully these crimes will come down as well.

One post every fifteen minutes? I believe that was a random problem faced by some members (including me) at some parts of the day. There were times when I couldn't post for half-an-hour, but usually I was able to make 2-3 posts within 15 minutes. Anyway, that is the thing of the past - I can see that the new system is much more efficient and encouraging. I gave myself a gap of two hours and once again the counter has reset to 25 posts So when we take a break, the counter does too
