  1. Can you s...s....s...s...s...s...Sub Woofer. I luv feeling the vibrations when my feet are on the ground. And since its in the basement my parents have no problem with it. And I like my music projected throughout my basement. Headphones are limited in distance and you can't dance with them. The wires get in the way and sometimes you forgot you got headphones on and....well you know what happens.Long time use of headphones can give you this temporary thing(can't remember the name). The "temporary thing" is when you take the headphones off after a long usage time you will hear a ringing noise. Only times I use headphones is when I go running or studying at the library. And I try to keep it short, cuz I don't like having a ringing noise in my ears when I am trying to sleep. Well, thats my 2 cents.

  2. 1. Lord of the Rings - The Two TowersThe epic battle scene was too crazy. It was a classic example of defense and attack. One side only needed to defend and the other attack. The orcs were so realistic and .... well, its too hard for me to describe in words. It was dramatized even more with the hard falling rain. I like the Riders of Rohan theme song as well. It was so well orchestrated that I used it as my listening music while I run. Though it kinda wore off cuz' my friends were like "WTH YOU LISTENING TOO?" Its action packed, fantasy filled, and has a love story. The love story, however, could be developed a little more.I couldn't think of anything that could be in my next two slots. I've seen plenty of movies, some good or some bad. But none of them did what LOTR did for me. So its better not to put anything. But I will list some mentionables:- Everything in the LOTR series- Whole Star Wars series- Remember the Titans - football move- Littly Nicky - yes I know I have sick humour- Titanic - only chick flick I like- Rocky 1 and - everything after 1 and 2 sucked- Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid - oldy, but goody- The Great Escape - oldy, but goody- Planet of the Apes(the original one) - crazy Sci-FiI could put a lot more, but I don't want people accusing me for trying to get credits.

  3. My 3 favourite drinks are: *drumroll*1. Iced TeaSomething about that lemony tea flavour. Though I tried Americans iced tea, and it is literally iced tea. It was pretty gross. I prefer any kind of ice tea with a decent amount of sugar and lemony taste.2. PepsiThis doesn't have that cokey taste that I hate so much. When I drink coke it feels like my teeth are decaying. So for my caffeine fix when there is no ice tea around I prefer Pepsi. The only difference between coke and pepsi for me is that pepsi doesn't make my teeth feel like they're decaying.3. Milk and maybe some chocolateBeen drinking it ever since I was a little boy. Makes the bones strong and has a great taste. End of story and I have nothing more too say.Oh, and if anyone has had experience with "American Iced Tea" please tell me.

  4. Takeshi, I was referring to this post when I said "Whats the difference between this and other 2D rpg makers."

Game Maker 6.1 is a program allows you to make 2D games. You don't even need to know coding. You can find it here: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/

He posted right after me saying that this is MORE than a rpg maker. So how could I've known?

He was quite fine with my comment when I said whats the difference between Game Maker 6.1. However, when Florisjuh supported him, he went on the attack. Which I don't think is very nice. Well, thats it for me, will be ignoring this topic because it could eventually become a flame war and someone might get banned.

  5. This one is a eazy one for me. Golf, Hockey, Then some golf, throw in some lacrosse, then some hockey, then some more golf, then some hockey. When I am pooped out from that. I sit in front of a mirror and work my on my golf swing, I like to call it shadow golfing. If I have any free time left from all those stick sports, I generally code for either my Lego Mindstorm or for our school robot, and maybe try out some new photoshop techniques. Oh and I can't forget that I scan forums when I have absolutely nothing left to do. Hmm...are coding and scanning forums extracurricular activities?

  6. Well if he names here Seven of Nine, they have to get here Borg implants, which can be pretty expensive. If they name her Padme they just have to make sure she doesn't mix up with those Jedi. And if they choose Leia they could say *Vader noise* "Leia, I am your father." *Vader noise* Oh god, that would be funny, especially if the child has watched Star Wars. Man, I am going way off topic. Dude, just give her a nice name like Emily or Sarah or Jeanette or something like that. The above about Star Wars and Star Trek is just my obsession speaking, don't listen to it. "Resistance is futile..."

  7. Well, I got bored so I did some thinking. And I came up with a question. Couldn't a personal small aircraft be called a flying car? It can travel on ground, albeit not very fast. Just think about, you would be the coolest person in the neighborhood driving a Cessna Sky Hawk down the block, got your hummer going with 50 Cent - In Da Club....*stops daydreaming* Back to the topic, a flying car is capable, you just need to figure how to fold up wings. And you need how to correlate the turbine rotation with the internal combustion engine. Other than that and some safety hazards, it should be a breeze.

  8. There is really no way too stop it. All they have to do in IE is right click and view source. You could disable right click with some javascript, but then if there clever they will click on View ----> Source. Same thing happened to me. First I was like WOW someone liked my layout enough too take it without my permission. I then asked them to give me credit and I would be fine with. They're like, I did it myself. Lol, funny thing is most of the comments in his code are the same as mine. But anyways, there really isn't anything we can do about. There are just too many websites for people to police it. Unless its major, where there is money loss then there isn't much too do. Even if you bring them to court they could easily just take the site down and say it never existed or some kinda BS like that. I guess we we have to bare with the a55's in life.

  9. I dunno what to say. The first design looks like a 3D render. But if the first design had more of a silver look, it would be SWEEEEEET! Hopefully, they do follow through with free online play. I wouldn't mind a one time fee either. And those downloads better be dirt cheap or free ^^.

  10. I will cover the line indent in this tutorial. Its quite simple and its a neat effect IMO.

(I will be using Fireworks in this tutorial, however, the same effect can be achieved in Photoshop.) Sorry about the screenshots. This board won't let me use a image url without a file extension such as .gif, .jpeg, etc.

    Indented line:

    First step:

Start a new file. Any canvas size is fine. Though, you must be the background as a shade of grey.

    Second step:

Using the line tool, make a line like the one showed below. Make sure its only 1 pixel wide and its the color black.

    http://tinypic.com/images/404.gif

    Third Step:

Copy and then paste that line to make a duplicate. Drag the duplicate over to the right to the point where it is barely touching the original.(The x coordinate should only be 1 bigger than the original) Refer to the picture below.

    http://tinypic.com/images/404.gif

    Final Step:

Change the duplicated line to the color white. You now should have something that looks like this:

If you use different background colors you have to adjust the line colors so that it fits our background color. Other than that, its pretty simple and easy.
