I enjoy if i need to update my site fast to use Cpanels HTML Editor. Only for quick updates. Then that i use html and web site makers and such.

Sure but we need to know stuff like this, how big, what should it say, have in it. Things like that.

Let see i use both but for different reasons. Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 uses WinZip all the time but i am not playing that game as much anymore because i got Roller Coaster Tycoon 3. And with that when you download stuff onto it you need WinRAR. They are both great but if i had to pic WinRAR.

Well i'd like to give to a detailed discription on which handheld gaming system prevails. I say the Nintendo DS prevails against the PSP.
The Nintendo DS (Dual-Screen), in my mind, is better than the PSP (Portable-Sony-Playstation) because of the very fact that the Nintendo DS truly exists to be a better console than the PSP. Nintendo are more experienced in the way of the portable, and Sony are just out to get more money and try to 'dominate the whole market' as I put it. Unlike Nintendo, Sony are just out to make money. Lots and lots of money. They don't give a damn about there customers either.

On another note, Sony use discs. Discs are much worse for a Portable. Sure, they can hold more stuff. But, if you leave a disc out in the open too long, dust collects on the back of it, it gets scratched and the data corrupts.

Also, the internet on it? You do realise they'll have to charge you for that somehow and you'll still need a wireless connection in the house or place that you're doing it in. The wireless internet isn't much use without WI-FI, just for the tip there.

The DS has at least a 2-4 hour better battery time, I think it was, then the PSP, which makes more time for gaming. The PSP will give you 4 -6 hours of Gaming and 4-5 hours of Video, while the DS gives you from 6 to 10 hours of gaming play with a 4 hour charge. (I don't know the PSP's charge time).

I must admit, the PSP looks stylish. I liked the look of it, actually. It's a nice sleek black color with rounded edges. It's got that to it, but from what I've read, it has a bad framerate. Even though it does boast a good 16.77 million colours and a 1.3 inches larger screen, the console just seems to lack something. It's doesn't seem 'special' enough, especially for the $180 they're asking for it.

The Nintendo DS isn't something that's out to compete with the PSP, unlike people's ideas. the DS is there to show off what new technology they have and what they can do, instead of trying to steal the show. This is not the new Gameboy, this is the Nintendo DS, more of an experimental handheld. Unlike the PSP, it's not trying to be super big, it's trying to be technological. It's got a sleek looking design and has to have enough power in it to power two screens, it does that perfectly and still lasts longer than the PSP.

The PSP, from reading its specs, seems cluttered with dials to turn things off, turn things down and such. The screen dominates it and it doesn't give enough room for anything else. I mean, how are you supposed to bite it when you get mad? It's flimsy and could break in your hands, never mind your jaw.

That's why I'd go for the Nintendo DS, instead of the PSP. If I got enough money, I'd buy a PSP, of course. I'd like to see how good, or bad, it is, really. But, unfortunately, I don't got the money and $180 sounds a bit much for my liking, especially with bills and stuff coming on in.

Well yes Nited DS is great for if you do not have the money for a PSP and you still can play games like both were made. PSP is great for if you also like to watch movies, have pics on there, and music. DS is good for if you want to play games and also have the cool touch screen. So i guess you can judge it if you have the money and how you like to play games.

I used Geocities for the first site I ever built without a page builder or Frontpage.  I would still be using Geocities if they hadn't gone and made a ad that blocks 1/4th of your site. 

 

I never ran out of space for files, but my bandwidth was drained up quickly.  I would always upload stuff onto my site for future referrences, and when I went to go and get the files again... I wouldn't be able to access my site and I'd have to try get into File Manager.

 

I agree that it is great for beginners, especially since most of them don't really care about the ads or have to worry about bandwidth.  Most Geocties sites don't have a lot of visiters coming to the site unless it's been forgotten and really old.

Yes me to i do agree this could be a great site for people who are just starting, also be great for kids with school projects, other things, but for a real professional site a BIG NO NO . Even tho like alot of people are posting lets get back to Xisto so i did a small chart.

geocities is a good webhosting for anyone who is just starting. When I used if for the first time four or more years ago, I was amazed by how simple it was to upload the files. And the free scripts like Forms, Counters and the guestbook are nice as well. I do not mind the pop-up advertisment at the upper-right corner, it does not deform the layout anyways, and the visitors could always close it. And it is connected to all of my Yahoo accounts - Messenger, email, etc.
I was using it for years until I realized it was not professional looking website. The URL is so long, although people could easily remember it.

recently, I found out they changed their pop-up ads to something that would destroy everything on your page, which i guess would turn people off and transfer to another free host.

I still keep my website at Geocities, in case something screwed up at trap, but i guess it won't happen.

First yeah i guess so if you are a beginer and starting to make a site this would be good. And i do not think Xisto will mess up. Also like you said the link is so long. Not very good. Now yes it is good to keep as a back up if something does happen and have scripts and such. But still not my choice. But pop up yeah that is not the best. So i would not use Geocities for alot of those reasons.

Now out is Tomorrowland, new in front of train station on Main Street, Main Street has A Halloween Makeover, and so much more. The game has gotten better. Only Frontierland is left now. Also you can now get the diver suit, a spooky carpet, light up pumpkins, skeleton chairs, and more more more! This is Halloween! Go grab your stuff while there hot and event this week end! Mickey's Not so scary Halloween Party!

Just last week they brought in Holiday Deceration! And even better Frontierland is now open. Also since this was posted more costumes and more is out. They have intrduced us the four new guest rooms: Expedition Everest, Splash Bayou, Mark Twain, and Brair Patch! Splash Mountain on the game is so realistic your head will spin! Also the Haunted Mansion game is now open! So much new things that you go to check out.

Sleeping Beauty Castle has just been finish! Matterhorn is completed and the backdrop is done, also music being started. I just downloaded all the fireworks i need and i just got the Mickey Head firework! Also i just started the intro yes! I plan to get some screens as soon as possible. This time for real i am making a video for RCT3. I just downloaded the soundtrack to RCT3, got 200 fireworks made for it, and a superb castle. This will be 18min and a heck good video. It is being made after the firework show at Disneyland called Remember Dreams Come True! It will be great. For all who never seen the show you can see it at http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/. Well i got some small yet big updates. First Main Street work is being slowly but surley looking good. I made sure to make the Emporium look great, Also Sleeping Beauty's Castle is starting to be look on and here is the colors for it (Gold, Pink, Blue, and Silver.). This is the most colorful disney theme park castle. Also there will be a candle on top of each roof to represent each disney theme park resort. At nighttime all the candels like up and unite each other for a great firework show called The Fantastic Dream! Your host Mickey Mouse takes you threw people's wishes, evil forces of disney past, a celebration, and a story in its self with over 1000 fireworks, many lasers, and a special lightning system on the castle.

Also the Fantasmic! stage at Walt Disney Studios are starting to be made. It is going to be where the nitetime specatuclar takes place. Also we are making a huge Sorcerer Hat where at night you can see are laser show Sorcerery in the Sky with real characters singing, lasers going on and off, fireworks, and blasts of music.

So get ready more updates are coming soon. 

I am sorry to say this project is off for it is now being moved to Roller Coaster Tycoon 3! I am also got the Remember Dreams Come True music and making a video of that which will post be posting in a bit.

This is my idea i think you guys should do, Have a Fourm for sports. Then break it up into this little idea i came up to but upi can add more or take away.NFL -MLB -NHL -NBA -and ect.Just a few of what you can do. And if you even want to get more crazy with this you can make it so after you click that you can select each team like the Philadelphia Eagles, New England Partriots, and ect. Even though i do not think the home page is eye catching enough i think it needs some more colors. The site does look good tho. I would say a 3/5. Keep up the good work.

Well for all who do not know, we just celebrated are new event for the opening of HKDL. HKDL is the newest park added to disney theme parks. With this there was new pins, clothes, furniture, and more. It was great. We also had a pin trading event. Other reasons to come out.

Geocities... That is a very unprofessional site hosting. I will say no about that for like on the front post. So this is something i think people should not take if you want a site that is small and not very good in a look.
