  1. He's not worth that kind of money. None of them are,It would do professional sports a lot of good to completely fallbroke financially. Right now, it is simply insane. A lot of Arabian Oil sheiks have been saving English teams, such as Fulham andManchester city. Perhaps they should have a law against foreigninvestment in teams. Apparantly it's really made a mess of thingsat Manchester United as well.Who knows how it will end.

  2. I swear, one more problem with windows xp,as in one more blue screenof death or something, and I'll switch to a Linux based operating system as well. I've heard of Linux puppy and all it can do.I should definitely check it out soon. The problem is getting used to the Linux based software and findingsoftware to replace what I used in Windows. For example, some music recording software that I'm used to, justisn't made for Linux, and I haven't heard of any comparable yet. That is the dilemma.

  3. No. Bill gates doesn't use Linux.Why?Well. I think it's fair to say that at one time Bill gateswas an avid computer hobbyist who loved writing code.He seemed like a computer geek. The kind that flock to LInux today. This love of coding became eclipsed by his growth as a businessman. He has no real interest in computers at all anymore.I mean. He hasn't written any code no doubt since the 1970's. He uses what is easiest and most practical for him to use, Windows.I repeat. He is a businessman.

  4. You can say all you want about death but when it comes right down to itthere is one thing to be sure of. Death is as natural as living. The way I see it, death is a natural metamorphosis in ourlives. It leads to something else.Every physical part of our body turns into something else after death as does the soul or spirit, which one could compare to electricity.Although we don't understand it and probably never will. There are somethings we are not meant to understand. We just aren't given the 'windows' toperceive it and understand it.

  5. You can't possibly shut down the entire internet, The internet is nothing but a large collection of much smaller networks. The Domino theory just doesn't apply either. With all of the provisions that could be included, including wireless, a completeshut down is a ridiculously impossible idea.It might do us all some good to get a break from it for awhile but that is besides the point.

  6. That is amazing that this happened in this day and age and so closeto Europe as well. What's all so amazing is that there isn't/wasn't some form of digitaltracking on the boat. I mean how in the world could any such thing just disappear in this Satellite age?My guess is that it was Russian pirates who did it.If Russia is as corrupt as they say it might be easierfor Russian Pirates to 'launder' such a vessel once inside Russia.Making it permanently disappear.

  7. I've found it a tedious task trying to get traffic. The search engines take months before they accept your site, and who really wants ugly reciprocal back links? I think the best cheapest way would be just posting your siteon relevant forums where people can see it.I wouldn't expect amazing traffic this way either. If you really wanttraffic then you must pay for it. Then I guess would be the task of hangingon to it.

  8. I think what's considered normal now is plain weird as it is.I mean normal people : 1) Wear iphones all day and night.Basically tuned outto the world. 2) Yap overly loud on cell phones anywhere they want towith no consideration for other peoples privacy or space. 3) Idolize talentless pop singers who can't write songs, play an instrumentor sing, hence the lip syncing in live performances, still give standing ovationsregardless.4) Whose idea of a good time is to spend all day and night in front of avideo screen playing games. All these things are what normal people do.Pretty weird.

  9. Where to begin...

You claim to have taken LSD many times in your youth, yet later in your post you say that you believe LSD is often laced with Strychnine. My question to this is, Why on earth would you take a drug you know to be laced with a poison? Lucky for you, there are no known recorded cases of LSD being laced with Strychnine, and rat poison has absolutely nothing to do with LSD. Not that you care, or else you'd take the time to look it up.

Next on the list, LSD cannot NOT be made in a proper laboratory. It absolutely MUST be made under laboratory conditions, or it will not synthesize properly, leaving a muddy batch of chemicals that'll be quite inactive. Making LSD in a dirty bathtub is nigh impossible, to say the least.

As for the rest of your post, several of your points were accurate, such as the mechanism of action of the drug itself, and the fact that other drugs are often sold as LSD, including but not limited to DOI, DOB, DOC, or any of the 2c family of psychedelic chemicals. It's either acid or it's not. There are also multiple ways to check if you have real LSD, for one, LSD is known to fluoresce blue under a black light. If it does not, you can immediately rule out that you have pure LSD. Not that it's definitive at that point, but it is a good start to identifying your chemical.

LSD is most definitely non-addictive, and as you said, anti-addictive, if anything. LSD has also effectively cured several alcoholics and heroin addicts during studies before it was made illegal for medical and psychiatric use.

Also, flashbacks occur in less than 10% of LSD users, and are actually a form of PTSD. As in, it's not likely to have a flashback of a GOOD trip, it's just that you're about as likely to have a flashback of a bad trip as grandpa is to have a flashback of getting shot at in 'Nam.

To the original poster, the inspiration for that episode came from a closely related fact involving psychedelics and headaches, but NOT lsd and migraines, unfortunately. The actual case is that psilocybin mushrooms, also known as magic mushrooms, shrooms, etc., have been known to cure Cluster Headaches, a specific type of headache only present in a very small percentage of the population.

Do not get the impression that I am saying LSD is safe. There are many rumors about and I merely wish to spread PROPER information, as opposed to contributing to the mass misinformation circulating about this drug, and others of the same type. All drugs should be used responsibly, only by mature adults. Always do research. Always know your body, your chemical, and your mind.

I think he means that these days the acid is cut with Strychnine, but not

    when he took it.

I tried acid several times a long time ago,but it wasn't that strong really.

Double barrel purple microdot and a few other variations.

You had mild hallucinations, but it wasn't as bad as these descriptions

you hear about in the 1960's.

I would never touch chemicals again anyway. These days they can

and will cut them with anything. You don't know what you'd be taking.

  10. It doesn't surprise me about honey. I mean, it's always been known toto help fix throat infections and heal vocal chords and such. It is probablya lot more versatile than people realize. If those big ugly bears will risk sticking their paws into honeycombs, full of buzzing stinging bees, then I guess there must be something valuable there.

  11. You could install easyphp: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/
This also includes mysql, though you should concentrate on that
    a little bit later after
    learning some of the basics.
You can then find some basic tutorials, such as this one:

    http://www.tizag.com/phpT/

    or this one :

    Good luck.

  12. That is a lot of money to pay for the license. I hear that it was easier to check if someone had at t.v because of the magnetic properties of analog t'v andthis is no longer there with digital t.v.It must be a real headache proving you don't have or want a t.v now.At least the BBC does offer good programming, from what I remember. What's really interesting, as far as I understand is that they aren't owned by the government, yet still get preferential treatment.

  13. If you can write a GED and skip high school and feelcomfortable doing that then fine. A lot of teenagers would need the time in high school though to mature anddevelop life skills. Going from Junior high school to College would be just tooabrupt for too many. Many kids have no idea about what they want to do with they're life anyway and need time to decide.

  14. I'm not overtly religious or anything, but I do consider myself a Christian. What I think is a good measurement of evil is theten commandments.Quite simply,if one breaks one of those commandments, one has done something evil.It appears though, that many of these commandments are up for interpretation. For example, my interpretation of keeping Sunday holy(commandment 4) can include working on a sunday for money. Just do it andthank the Lord for your prosperity no matter how small. The way I see it, just do the best you can.

  15. I Think that there is something slightly depressing about somebody stuck on a computer all day playing some game. I mean, what about real games of skillsuch as chess and snooker?Games where you actually interact with other people?Computer games are probably very addictive because they give thegamer a sense of a different reality. A reality where despite anything, hehas no real danger. They give him a certain comfort. I think it's much over done though.

  16. Weed is definitely psychologically addicting, and never physically though. You can only get so stoned off of it anyway. I only smoke it once in awhile now.It can become habit forming and you can get all irritablewhen you don't have it, then you end up wasting money

  17. If all the world's largest banks did unite, they would be incrediblypowerful, and perhaps this might be a short cut to some kind of world order, but I don't think this will happen. Somebody on this thread said something about a government beingable to print up as much money as they like. I thought this wasdiscouraged, as it will send inflation through the roof, like what happenedin Post world war one Germany. I thought that money had to be backed up by some kind of gold bullion orsomething. I didn't think they could just print it.

  18. It's ridiculous. It's way out of hand. People will buy what ever they are told to buy. They rely so much on placebos it's not funny. And it really somethingwhy people would take these drugs to get even worse side effects. It's disturbing how many people rely on anti-depressants. This is telling us really,as far as I can see, that we just aren't living right as a society. People are justmade to feel under pressure and insecure. The drug companies will just keep pumping out their stuff though, justas long as the profits are enormous. Profit before health seems to be the priority.
