I'd have to agree that a natural look is best, too much makeup just detracts in my opinion. It's cleaner, more organized, and preferably, it's just great.

I suggest you lower the opacity of the bevel at the top of the site, and add a nice border to the images/thumbnails. You could possibly add an image to the upper part of the content, *Nevermind, didn't read your edit*. Test out some new fonts and try to make the content attract a little more, and go for a little lighter gray background, and see how that goes.So, as for the logo, make some space for it, and think of how you could make it blend with your site title. But anyway, good job with it so far, I just really suggest you add some areas for content and/or other options.

I recall some shoot the goose ones or use a slingshot to hit George Bush, those were fun to play around in.

I have distinct memory of playing a lot of classic games. Some include space frogs (I hated it so much ._.), Donkey kong country games, and the classic Marios.I also remember playing Kings Quest aswell, I loved it so Try going to a gamestop or video game store and look for a classic games bin, you'll be sure to find some old games there.

When I tried adbrite, I had a quite difficult experience with the service given. The pay was quite slow, and I wasn't able to maintain the servers cost due to me not having the money on time. One thing I didn't like about adbrite was the fact that the ads were completely irrelevant to my website, even when selecting a specific category to show.I've seen that with google adsense, was efficient, and was a good payer aslong as my website was held with a good flow of vistitors.So, google adsense would win for me

Shadowx, I like the way you made the layout, but I suggest you add some details to the header (As you said you would). Try adding a logo with it aswell
