hey SICA .. can anyone please tell me .. wat does "digg" mean and wats digging all about > thn only i ll b able to tell about it .. i m not aware of it >..

Excuse me I don't mean to sound condescending but you could type digg.com into your browsers address bar or go to google.com and type digg into the search bar, by doing either of those things you will gain a much fuller understanding of what digg is than through any explanation on this thread.

  2. It has happened to me very often that I am talking to somebody, I have never met the person before, and i think "this person will tell me the red car is his" and a second later he does tell me just what i thought! or that i am thinking about a hamburger and then somebody that has nothing to do with me screams "lets go eat a hamburger!". my point is how does this happen? it certainly is not that the person knows me or visa versa (although it may happen). it can be pure coinsidence, but come on, when it happens too much then there is gotta be a reason behind it.
i have read some articles and seen some tv documentaries about that thoughts are transimtted outside the brain. that people around us receive those thoughts in the subconscious. i actually do think there might be something like that going on... what do you guys think about it? any stories on it, or am i a freak...

Well, radio exists. We know that. But before it was accepted people would have put that idea into the realms of science fiction. I believe the human brain (and other animals) is so powerful and also sensetive enough to pick up signals from outside of itself. Actually light, sound, taste smell and touch are brain-external signals. Perhaps there are more frequencies as yet undiscovered that the brain emits and picks up on. Of course this is the case.

  3. Ok here is my explanation because of my religion and plus i strongly believe in it.After death you can see the whole world including the mysteries known to man. You are taken to a place no one knows and you will be questioned about your life. Depending on that you shall face what is awaiting until the day of judgement. Then you are questioned about your religion and your maker. Then hell and heaven is decided for you. In my religion everyone goes to heaven after they are punished for their bad deeds. You just have to pray 5 times and those bad deeds wash off so therefore if you pray you are clean.

There is no judgement - humans made that one up. As we are all quantum particles there's no such thing as death. We are just the Universe unfolding and conscious.
There will be no questioning - unless you question yourself. Science tells us that we are made of the same stuff as the rest of the universe. There is no separation between you, me, the stars, sewage lines, trees, maggots, lions, gold mines (can you think of anything else?). We are made of energy waves formed into a complex pattern as a result of the Big Bang.

  4. Just Out of curiosity what is clickbank?
I have seen clickbank links on youtube!

Do you actually get paid for people viewing the link?

Do you get paid to Paypal? and does the paypal have to be vertified?

    Please answer my questions!

Clickbank is an affiliate hub. You can get affiliates to promote your product or be an affiliate through their site. You get paid a commision when you sell a product. They pay either by cheque or bank transfer but there are conditions as I mentioned above about getting paid. You can always type clickbank.com into your browsers address bar and take a look for yourself.

  5. I use ie7 and firefox3 about equally as much. Performance wise they seem about the same to me but that might be because ie7 is on the desktop with a 3.2 GHz processor and the firefox3 is on a 1.5GHz laptop. ie7 works pretty much out of the box whereas ff needs tweaking to get optimal performance.

  6. hey......you can expect such things in india only.....so i don't think you will get any positive answers from people of the west...but still, let us see....

actually there are probably just as many people in "the West" as in India who claim to have been healed by esoteric means. Meditating and spiritual healing is pretty much a global phenomenon, not just confined to India.

  7. Innovative ideas like this website on the internet attract me. I love the idea of the *BLEEP*-for-tat exchange (forum posts for web space) and I think there are far too many losers online who want and expect everything for absolutely nothing. Also, our activity is acknowledged as having some inherent value I suppose mainly to advertisers. Click on those banners ppl (actually I dont even see any banners on this page)!Looking forward to see what pans out...

  8. Since I started working online I have been spending tremendous amounts of time online. 16 hrs perday is common. I have noticed some physical effects due to this. The spine and back muscles get strained. The backs of the legs get distresses from sitting for so long, hands get cramp and odd nerves start firing from too much mouse use.. This method is already outdated. We need someting like in the movie "Lawnmower man" where the whole body is involved with your computing/online experience.

  9. I actually made a clickbank sale about a month ago. Great I thought. So it's actually POSSIBLE. Then I found out I have to make five sales with five different credit cards and a paypal sale before I can claim my payment...pop goes the weasel. After 60 or 90 days I don't remember which; if I haven't been able to withdraw my earnings clickbank takes a dollar a day until the account goes back down to zero.So I was wondering if anyone has had any better success with clickbank affiliate sales.

    Notice from serverph:

  10. installing Ubuntu next Monday, if all goes well - theres some crap with the wirless that messes up all the time. A little noob like me can't set up an ndiswrapper, so I'm getting a friend to take a peek at it. "Thats what friends are for..."
I though Ubuntu worked with KDE? Kubuntu, which is a subsection of Ubuntu, does, so I would expect Ubuntu itself to use KDE...

Oh well, I'll find out next Monday ^_^

I've been using Ubuntu since Hoary Hedgehog and it just gets better and better. With enough research and patience, any quirk can be overcome. I am mightily impressed with linux in general. I have to pinch myself every time I remember that it's FREE!

  11. ok well im in 9th grade and winter sports are coming up soon. I started wrestling in 7th grade because my family wanted me to try it. Back then i wasn't the really that "cool" but i wasent hated or a geek if you know what i mean. I had karate experience (im still in it). When i join people laphed. Then later when i they saw that i can beat them they shut up but thats besides the point. I went to 2 different wrestiling camps last summer. Im not that good a wrestiling when it comes to meets becouse i get scared of the other team. So i like wrestiling when i just practice but i totaly dont want to go too the meets.
This year there is only 1 winter season and i now have to pick which sport im oing becouse last year

i tried fencing and i had a good time. I like the sport of wrestiling better but im afraid of getting hurt.
Also none of my good freinds are doing wrestiling. most of them are doing fencing. My best friend which i now never get to see becouse his not in any of my classes does fencing.

It would be esier to decide if my karate instructer wouldnt tell every one my name at the end of the class and then tell them that im good at ground fighting becouse im a wrestiler.

Also my friends that are seniors are doing fencing.

    Please help me.

You seem to like contact sports and as winter season approacheth I would reccomend the noble game of rugby - that'll make a man of you!

  12. Hi and my regards to everyone, poem is a way to express yourself and the surroundings that influence you in many ways. There have been poets that have touched either of us and on which I believe that we get inspired to write poetry. One of my favorites is Sir William Wordsworth of whose Daffodils was a great work. I have too some of written poems which I believe will be a pleasure to hear. What are the different ways that one can use to spread their works to the audience?

Get yourself known better e.g. go to poetry reading nights, enter competitions, give out free poems on and offline, join poetry exchange forums, exchange links with other poetry based websites, boost self confidence so that you can stand in a park and tell your poems out loud whilst giving away cards with more info on them.Chuck us a lyric then...

  13. I'd like to start a website that offers a free service, yet in order to keep this service going I will need a small income...any ideas? I know about adsense and whatnot but I would like something more.

Here's one idea - have a lead capture page that collects names and email addresses. Then market to those leads for a couple of weeks after which you can sell the names on.
