  1. Agreeing with some of the stuff I'm reading.I started off with a simple layout design with some tabs which linked to a forum, gallery and so on but I didn't want to overcrowd it to start off with because i know it can be daunting when you have no clue where to go.As well as my forum started only with a few sections and a simple interface but as it got more popular i started to upgrade it a bit and then now its pretty big and full. I still haven't compacted it so much that it is impossible to navigate cause that just throws my idea of a clean, simple website out the window. But that's just me..
  2. OK i have a question, once i've earned say $10 worth of mycents can i got to Xisto - Web Hosting and order a hosting plan, then every month i have to earn say another $10 to pay off the monthly cost. If so or no how do i?
  3. Well probably vBulletin forums are most likely to be seo friendly by themselves but of course there are many other ways to make you forum an actual 'SEO' site. The only one i know is vBSEO which is pretty damn good but of course you need to pay for it.
  4. Am i able to somehow get hosting with Xisto - Web Hosting with my earnings?? Xisto - Web Hosting is the best host Ive seen thus far and the new layout of the site is magic!
  5. Definitely I myself am more then capable of upgrading my own pc and I'm not even the smartest guy with computers. But my brother has a laptop and fins it hard to do anything about it but to give it to a professional to fix it. Desktops are definitely more people friendly.
  6. That's actually pretty good, nice and clean. Good text. Just maybe a tiny bit bare on the right hand side but overall an awesome signature. Keep up the good work!
  7. For an online web ftp, i will just use the file manager in cpanel, pretty simple to use. I definitely prefer to use programs on my computer though but there are some better online ones because they have more upload size limits, because i found that some you were only able to upload a small sized file and it took a while to find one that could upload the file i wanted.
  8. I to think that some aspects of Gimp enables it to be compared to Photoshop but paint just doesn't have enough features to be in the same 'upper' category but as i said its only freeware. I agree with you with what your saying about being rich, beginner, experts etc. It's a good point. And i have never ever ever heard of xara extreme pro till now but looks great!
  9. Another reply because i went to Drupal and found it really good! I would say better then joomla! but the only thing that let it down was the skins. I told myself that i was prepared to edit skins but just found the whole thing to daunting so i went back to joomla! and have stuck with it and have a brilliant half page done up for the front of my website. Joomla and Drupal are great with power and flexibility but they aren't the simplest things to use but it will reward you if you get into them.
  10. Actually as some of you may know its out now and is selling. PES2009 is also out and i noticed that the old ones are fairly cheap if you look around. I saw a PES2008 ps2 game for sale at $27 which is really good. Anyway I'm sure you would be able to find a good detailed review of it if you were interested.
  11. A lot of games I have never heard of since I have been looking for some. I like the look of that Americas Army one. I know of this one game i have played which is really good! But i just cant seem to remember what it was called i know it had like the word team or something but it was a fairly good game.
  12. I loved Pokemon, the one thing i loved was when i woke up in the morning it would be on or about to start. My favourite part would have to when he got new characters and zapped them into his red and white ball.I never really ever brought a game of Pokemon maybe played it on my friends DS but never owned it as a game.
  13. Tbh I think it is the other way round. Playing a realistic driving game can definitely improve your driving. Gran Turismo is a good game because you can actually feel the weight of the car. Actually because I live in Australia I watch the V8 Supercars and when the big race (Bathurst) was on, another driver was required to come in but not having raced at Bathurst before he played V8 Supercars 3 on the playstation in the pits to learn the track in time for the race. True story.I actually try to drive as correctly as possible when playing games like that so I am used to it. It won't really improve your technique but awareness of when to turn etc.
  14. Isn't bad but it's only freeware so we can't expect it to be any near as good as Photoshop.I know some people on my website that use it but say they never heard of Gimp so now they are switching rofl. They say it has some good features but envy me for having Photoshop. Also at rpgsearcherz you might wanna go get some tutorials once you find the right program. That's what helped me and i still use them.
  15. Well i was once a Invision Free man, but then i switched to PHPBB3 and it was great but as I went along and used it, some features weren't the best they could be.I then tried some other ones and found SMF (Simple Machines Forum) to be the best, loved how simple it was. Also if you get it right it can be really good to look at.But now I have my own website and my website partner bought vBulletin and it was easily the best, very easy to edit skins with and to control. Heaps and heaps of good extensions. But as far as a free forum goes i would definitely go SMF.
  16. I love these manager sorts of games, i play an online cricket one where i put in a team and it versus someone else around the world. You can make the go to the nets and practice on some areas of their game and you can upgrade oval, buy players, get sponsors, pretty cool.I don't play it anymore but i can imagine that this game would have a similar concept.
  17. I too have been looking for the perfect CMS, my idea is for it to be simple, easy and themes!!!I have settled with Joomla! but have tried almost all of the cms i could find worth having a look at and rate Drupal, Wordpress and Joomla! but still haven't found my ideal one but nothing can be perfect right!....P.S using Joomla! atm.
  18. Looking forward to this release as i thought pro street was crap! I would definitely get it if it came out only thing is it may not come out in ps2 and my ps2 is wrecked! A trailer can be found here: http://www.mymovies.net/ SOURCE: PLAY.TM
  19. Well I've used a few FTP programs in the past and would have to settle with CuteFTP, which is the one I'm using now. I found that filezilla was a bit awkward compared to CuteFTP, maybe that's just me but I have tried SmartFTP but I would pick CuteFTP ahead of it. If you want to know some other good programs you could use here is a link that reviews all of them in depth detail. http://www.toptenreviews.com/software/ Top 3: 1.SmartFTP 2.CuteFTP 3.FlashFXP
  20. Never knew animation was possible with GIMP tbh.Good tutorial, but looks a tiny bit confusing maybe because i never work with animation though...Keep it up!
  21. I have heard so many people who are addicted to this game and are trying to get me into it but I just don't like these sorts of games. Sure it may be extremely fun, I might never know but c'mon playing for 50 hours straight. Well that's just stupid really. Some of my games I will play for 2 hours if that but for 50 hours. I can't even pull off an all nighter. It is still sad though but it was a bit immature really. And i seriously doubt that they will get sued as it wasn't there fault they made an addictive game. They didn't want you to play for 1 whole day let alone 2 days. Some people may blame them but seriously. Exactly I am always up and about looking for something to eat and drink when I've been playing a game for a while. I also take a rest from it a lot.
  22. Some awesome feature they have added but I might wait until the full version (out of beta) till i get it.CS3 is just as good in my eyes and I dont see myself getting it straight away. But I will certainly look forward to it coming out in full.P.S...That autoblend feature looks great!
  23. Well thats some good advice there.. I'm a bit lucky because two of my dogs were bred from a show dog family and were very disciplined, but i'm not saying they are perfect, the little one will rip up anything that looks fluffy, but they seem to love their collars, sometimes after washing them they would sit near their collars waiting for me to put them on because they are just used to them. I also have some cats which i put bell collars on and they seemed to hate it at first trying to rip the thing off but then eventually got used to them. Again good advice anwiii!
  24. A lot of my friends love this game, they all think it is great.I myself have not played it but wouldn't mind seeing what it's like, i probably wont get it as i am into different types of games but wouldn't wanna miss out on trying it at least one.
