If you want to gain weight fast, consume a good number of bananas regularly.Eat 2/3 every 3 hours or so. Continue this regularly. You can supplement this with eggs, again a good number of them consumed regularly.Check your weight after 3 weeks.P.S.: Do not give in to fatty foods. Your idea is to gain weight, not fat.Along with the above, you need to burn a sufficient number of calories daily, or the excessconsumption will convert to fat.Anything in excess is stored in the body as fat.

Thanks for compiling this info.My personal favorites are the BAR and the Bren. Both can be used while in motion, and also sometimes like a sniper rifle as it facilitates distance aim for single shot.Besides these, the other one that I like for close and mid-range combat is the PPsh. As mentioned above, a great rate of fire, sometimes your aim can be a bit off and still, a random bullet will most likely hit your opponent.

Thanks for sharing your views here.Agree with you that some paid hosting services can be a pain too, including (surprisingly) some large and well-established ones that have no time for individual attention (unless you are some well-off corporate client). Some even go on to say that they have 24/7 support and closed on Sundays What's the harm in saying 24/6 or 24/5?There are others that say 'Servers will be monitored 24 hrs' When you call up for support at night, the voicemail answers you

Amd Vs Intel see which brand of processor is more popular
prithvi replied to Reaper's topic in Science and Technology
Traditionally AMD processors have been good for pixel-rendering and bitmap-buffering purposes. This includes gaming (faster pixel generations), compositing, video editing, presentations and some multimedia applications.Intel is more geared towards calculative and computing purposes..........e.g. vector applications like Corel, Illustrator, Flash work better on Intel processors. 3D application batch-rendering also works better with Intel CPUs.These are calculated and computed processes. Also for server-based usages, Intel is preferred over AMD.HOWEVER, with the latest processors in both brands, these differences are not much noticeable, regardless of the benchmark tests.........unless the task at hand is of a large scale (where loss of few seconds per frame could result in a loss of many hours/days when you have thousands of frames to be considered). -
If you're looking for a template or script to achieve something like this, then you can make use of gallery scripts like Coppermine, 4images etc.If you have a hosted account or have access to CPanel, then you can install these in one click from Fantastico.Elsewhere in Fantastico, there are Sitebuilder scripts like Pro Edition/Templates Express. You can check them out. That's as far as I can guide you..........maybe others here will have better ways to achieve this.

Converting A Blogspot Account Into A .com Domain
prithvi replied to kudmus's topic in Websites and Web Designing
Ah, thanks for that update, Stridr.I had overlooked that FTP feature of Blogspot............thanks for mentioning it here -
Wow, nice to know that.In that case, bringing up Xisto to its current level is one hell of an achievement!Great going, dude! Keep up the good work!
-
Quite a tale there..............one of dedication and determination, I would say.Keep it up, man!So I am guessing this site is very much related to the Xisto cybercafe and gaming zone that used to be located at Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.unless it is some other Xisto you're referring to.Years back (around 2000-01), I used to go there a few times.........either to surf, or to buy some gaming/media hardware/CDs and also some ...er ripped stuff. There used to be a guy called Nazir who handled that place. I did see some people designing something called 'Xisto.com' that time.Years later, when I recently came across this well-known community, the name rung a bell. When I read the story, it seemed very familiar to the place I was talking about.I had no idea that this site was put up with so much effort and dedication.......Keep it up, folks! All the best to the team!

Converting A Blogspot Account Into A .com Domain
prithvi replied to kudmus's topic in Websites and Web Designing
kudmus, if you would like to point your domain name to your Blogspot page, then the settings are given in the Control Panel area of your Blogspot homepage (under 'Publishing') I think it's like this: Go to your domain name control panel. Create a CNAME Record for ghs.google.com to point to the root directory of your domain name. and in your Blogspot dashboard under 'Publishing', mention your custom url as your own domain name. It will take a few hours to update the DNS record over the Net. i.e. your page will remain on Google servers, but it will have an actual domain name. Alternatively, if you would like your blog on your hosted account, I guess you'll have to use Fantastico in your CPanel to install Wordpress/B2Evolution/Nucleus as the blogging software (and import your blog content from Blogspot). -
Falling Out Of Your Dream happens to me almost everyday
prithvi replied to lady's topic in General Discussion
Yeah, the falling-off dream has happened to me too, as with many other people. This is quite a common dream, I guess.I have had several occurences of the same dream............that is, falling off the same place. And each time, the fall was into an abyss a large, dark space down below.........where you can see nothing down thereand the fall is not fast either. It is almost like drifting down.......the feeling is like paradroppingAnd then you think you are about to touch ground, you wake up with a start! -
Thanks for sharing that link. I'd found another one recently when the master file table was corrupted in one disk. PC Inspector File Recovery. It is also free. http://www.brothersoft.com/file-recovery-86397.html Though I had used another software GetDataBack for Windows (which is not free) to recover my data.

Addicted To Movies ? are you a film addict?
prithvi replied to sitesmakers's topic in Health & Fitness
I used to watch a lot of movies earlier. But nowadays with the reach of movies increasing through more available media such as the Net, cable TV, the mushrooming multiplexes, malls etc., the general addiction towards it has come down. Not just me, but the viewer in general now has a choice of media to watch movies from..............or even download them off the Net for free!So in a way, I feel the overall addiction has come down.Hey, who says downloading movies is for free.............don't we pay for bandwidth?**scampers off before the anti-piracy authorities come in** -
Yep, having a workout partner is a good catalyst to reaching your target. It provides both physical and psychological support which otherwise, if done alone, would have required a lot of self-motivation to get through. With gyms brimming with new members, you cannot expect too much from your instructor after the initial push...........so if you can find a partner with similar goals as you have, you can be very well on your way up. You can track your collective progress on a daily basis, which would benefit both. This would be a much better option for people who cannot afford money/time to spend on a personal trainer.

One thing I would like to add here is that these negative calorie foods are most effective when eaten in solid form. Say, for example, if you drink a glass of carrot and beet juice, it would not have as much effect as eating the solid counterpart. This is because the 'negative calorie' effect.......i.e. the calorie burn that happens due to digesting these foods happens from masticating them. You should remember to eat them slowly and thoroughly masticate them.

I got introduced to Call of Duty at my earlier workplace. We used to play it for around a couple of hours after work (or during free time). So far, I have only played United Offensive.I have also played it online at epcgaming, but nowadays hardly find any servers that allow high pingers like me (I am located far away from most online servers, that is).

I guess a good example to support the point would be how sprinters and short-distance runners have better tendency to build and retain muscle mass compared to long distance runners or even marathoners.

Well yeah, 110mb is a popular service, being there for quite some time. They now offer 5GB space with 300GB bandwidth. But I too agree that the 'must activate' part is a bit misleading.......it gives the notion that the user has to manually activate it or through a forum. They should have had mentioned 'must register' or 'not in free version'.However, as the others have said, you cannot say it's a rip-off in any case. Unless you are referring to a 'time' rip-off

er......Why is PSP not included in the list? It's a handheld 'console', I guess.Well, I only have a PSP slim with a 16GB memory pro duo. Bought it last November from Sony World. It's a PSP slim.Haven't used it much till now......only played Call of Duty Roads to Victory, World Rally Championship, Streetfighter and Atari arcade games on it.

Iqara Telecom THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY
prithvi replied to OpaQue's topic in General Discussion
Well, I have seen a lot of complaints about Iqara (now rebranded as You Telecom) over the Net.So initially I was quite reluctant while getting their connection.I am residing at Vashi (Navi Mumbai) Sector 29 and used to be a Sify user for over 3 years. The service was pretty good. Then the quality started really getting bad to the point that I started looking for another ISP.I came across You Telecom as the only other widely-used service in Navi Mumbai. At that time (mid 2007), a lot of users from Sify Vashi had switched over to You Telecom.I myself have been using You Telecom (formerly Iqara) for over a year now, with the 512kbps 6GB monthly package, with a dedicated modem connection. So far, I have hardly had any complaints whatsoever. In fact, I remember having called the YouTele support only twice over the past one year. Now this is my personal experience, along with those of quite a few other people I know from Navi Mumbai.Other areas in and out of Navi Mumbai might have be having problems but I have had a good service from these guys till date. -
Hi folksThis is Prithvi from India. I am a 3D artist.Just came across this wonderful community and joined in.Hope to have a good time here.

I have really preferred GMail ever since I started using it.The way mails are threaded as conversations and the general interface (fast and user-friendly) make things convenient. And lately, they have also added a feature where domain users can use their domain name as Gmail address for free.I discovered this feature lately (in settings).Thumbs up to Google!
