  1. I'm sorry but, it isn't possible for a person to learn martial arts via the internet. If you would like to learn some helpful self defense moves, then search for a local program at the YMCA. What you must understand is that martial arts isn't about knowing moves and being able to do them. Becoming a martial artist means that you are acceptting and embrasing a lifestyle. If you are truly interested in gettin involved with martial arts, then I suggest getting a job to pay for classes. If you are just interested in self defense techniques, then the best advice I can give is to Google it and I'm sure you'll find some good instructions. I am myself a martial artists and have been since age 4. I have been a practicing martial artist for twelve years and believe me it is impossible to learn from a book or the internet, I still have a lot to learn so don't try and learn it from secondary source.
  2. I totally understand what you mean. I definately wouldn't say that I am infatuated with her, its not like my life revolves around her. But, I have spent time with her and I do know what kind of person she is. I've thought it over plenty of times, thinking that it wasn't love but, then as soon as I think I'm about to start the process of getting over her. I see her again and our eyes meet and I get the most overwhelmingly undescribable feeling. I have thought as you did that it was an infatuation, but I do know her and she is really an amazing girl. The first time I saw her I wanted to be with her simply because of how I felt when our eyes met. But, after getting to know her she is just an amazing person as far as people go in general. Thank you for your comment though, I would totally agree with your point in my case if I didn't really know her.
  3. You didn't mention what country you're in. I can only give advice in the west, i.e. USA, Britain, Canada, and Australia. If you're here, great, but if not, you'll need to take my Yankee advice with caution! Thanx for the advice I live in the U.S. and I live in a Yankee state by the way.
  4. The concept of hell is not an implication that an individual is to be physically harmed in the after life. To clear up some a quite widely believed misconception, hell is not a fiery place full of flying demons with pitchforks constantly prodding you and wipping people. Hell is a place that is to face a person of evil and sin in a manner that confronts them with their biggest fear and make them realize every instant they're their the wrong that they have committed. i.e. in Greek mythology the story of Sisyphus is that he believed that he was so cunning that he could out smart the all of the gods. As punishment he was forced to roll a boulder up a hill for the rest of eternity. But every time the boulder would be only a fraction away from the very top, it would roll down again and he would be forced to start over again. Now, that was just a shortened version of the story, but the point is that hell is meant to make those who have done wrong be confronted with their own wrong doing. People aren't just tortured at random the exact same way for different crimes. And unfortunately the concept of reincarnation, doesn't really make a whole lot of sense. This is because, there is more life on earth now than ever before there are more people, plants, bugs, life in general. So how did all of this new life get there if reincarnation was true. I just read some of the other responses and must say that I think I am the most educated one here when it comes to the concept of God, Gods, religions, doctrines, and beliefs in general. There was a comment saying that the person didn't think that they were "born perfect" and that person would be correct. That is why there is such a thing call, Original Sin. That is the belief that we are all born in a sin and born into a world of sin. Also if anyone doesn't believe in God then here is something to think about. Scientist don't believe that the world was created in seven days. But how long is a day to an immortal being? Also, more and more scientists are finally agreeing that there has to be a God of some sort. The reason being is simply this, "You can't get something from nothing." So what doest this mean? This means that, Something must have always been, what that something was, is, and forever will be is, GOD. If I offended anyone in the preceeding, I am truly sorry. This was a combination of my knowledge and my beliefs, and we are all entitled to our own beliefs. And my beliefs say that if you don't think that there is a God than you are going to hell. But, don't worry if you are an atheist, than its ok, because there is no hell right?!?
  5. I think I know this guy, not literally of course. The reason I think I know him is because I'm accused on almost a daily basis of being a "flirt". If he doesn't have a girlfriend or is single, than I have got some good news for you, he probably is looking for someone to be with and isn't sure who. The fact that he seems to flirt with you could mean that he does "want you or that it is all in your head, if you could tell me a little more info that'd be more helpful. But if you know the guy well enough and you think that the relationship between the two of you is strong enough to handle something as awkward as an a rejection between the two of you than try to just observe how he acts around you and other girls. But you really didn't give enough info.p.s.give me your email so we can give each other relationship advice and just chat.
  6. I'd say the ones closer to my age Hayden Panettiere, Taylor Swift, and Lindsay Lohann, oh and of course Jessica Alba.
  7. Here are some of the funniest bad ones that I've heard (I didn't read all of the other posts, so I hope I'm not repeating someone elses) :-I just *BLEEP* my pants, can I get in yours?-Excuse me, I lost my number do you wanna have sex?-Daaaa, Derrrr, Daaa, Deeee... I'm sorry I'm not really retarted, but I could tell that you are one special lady!-I just *BLEEP* my pants, can I have your phone number?-I'm dislexic,so when I look at the alphabet, I see "I" and "U" together.-So other than giving me a boner, what else are you doing tonight?-So, should we discuss your payment afterwards?-Hi, didn't I see you in the womens restroom?-Are you ok? Because you look like you just fell outta the sexy tree and hit every branch on the way down!-You mine as well com home with me, because I'm gonna have sexy with you anyway.-Hey, did you see that fight? Her response: No, what fight? That fight between my eyes deciding on which part of you to stare at.-Do you mind if I stand next to you? I forgot a jacket and need something hot to warm me up
  8. I understand what you are trying to tell me and I've been telling myself that since I've known her. But, not matter what I do, how many girls I've gone out with, how focused I am in my sports. I just can't stop thinking about her, there has never been a day thats gone by since the first time I saw her even before we knew each other that I haven't thought of her. I have had crushes before, but this just feels different. Whenever I see her, I get the most undescribable feeling. Even if its only for a moment, nothing else matters in that moment, not the girl I'm dating, the problems I'm having, or even one of the sports I have later on, for that brief moment, everything just feels right. I've never felt that way with a girl I just have a crush on.
  9. What part do u think is ironic? I know it is I just want to know which parts your talking about. Well even though, my gpa wouldn't show it I'm actually way more intelligent then most would think. I was in the gifted program from 2nd grade through 9th grade. But it was just a waste of a period for me, and I got tired of listening to all of the annoying liberal "gifted kids" debate stupid pointless things. I don't know if this will help you to help me, but my IQ is 132, do you think that will up my chances with her. Her gpa is a 4.0.
  10. I am a jock, I'm man enough to admit it. I'm one of the big strong men on campus. I've never had a problem asking out, flirting, or approaching girls. Unless it comes to this one girl. I've known her since 8th grade and fell in love with her the first time I saw her. After I got to know her a little more she turned out to be even more amazing. But, she isn't the same as most girls when it comes to giving off signals. I don't think she has ever even gone out with anyone, so I don't want to come on overly strong and just skip dating and tell her I love her. She is really intelligent and athletic, she is absolutely the most beautiful person I have ever met, so when I'm around her I want to ask her out but can never find the words. And the few times I've got the courag to talk to her, I walk away from the conversation thinking "What the heck did I just say" I always end up sounding like a big dumb football player. I've gone out with plenty of other girls and I know of some really amazing girls that like me, I keep trying to convince myself that it is just a stupid crush and that I'll get over her. But, every time I see her and our eyes meet, she always gets this big smile on her face and says hi to me and I do the same I say Hi back....and then I fall in love with her all over again. The biggest problem is, I never get any time with her. We both have sports after school and the only time I see her is going from one class to the next in the hallway. I really need some good advice, it is close to the end of my school year and I don't want another summer of not knowing. Do I ask her via her friends, do I just stop her in the middle of the hallway and tell her how I feel, do I find out which locker is hers and leave a note. There are so many things I have thought of doing but I don't know what will work for this girl. How do you ask out a shy girl, that you are desperately head over heals in love with? Please help
