i had the same problem with my monitor..the screen used to go blank frequently...not during reboot but in the middle of my work and then after rebooting the problem continued, i tried removing power supply for some time and it worked ....this happened many times and once or twice my PC crashed..it showed some "file missing error" so i had to install XP again i tried updating my onboard graphics drivers and my bios but the problem continued later on i found out that the problem was with my hard disk..... i got it changed and the PC has been working fine....

you cant say so about any game...that's how you think,may be because you don't like the game but still there are countless fans of basketball worldwide...i personally don't play basketball nor do i follow NBA...i am a soccer fan. now talking about my fav sports movies.... 1. goal 2.miracle 3.coach carter 4.remember the titans 5.the greatest game ever played

I think firefox is better than IE....i have used both on my PC . earlier i used IE..then i switched to firefox .firefox is faster than IE ...and also tabbed browsing and many other features that i may not have noticed...but there is one feature that has been very useful to me....for the past one month my PC has been crashing frequently....it restarts automatically once or twice a day...so firefox allows me to restore session..so i am able to continue work from where it crashed...IE misses this feature.....i haven't used opera, so cant say anything about it....

VLC is good if you dont have any codec packs installed in your PC because it uses its own codecs....I prefer media player classic for videos...it comes free with k-lite media pack .For audio i prefer itunes...

Every now and then... a research team comes up with new stats about some food which increases the chance of cancer or heart attack by some percent ...but most of them are not worth giving notice....or at least following them in our routine...it is all media hype....just use your basic knowledge....there is no point taking all of them seriously.... as far as i am concerned i dont care about such things....

You all must have been struck by the blue screen of death...specially the windows users....these may arise due to hardware as well as software problems....so...what could be the possible reasons of PC crashing...

The above mentioned features cant be called useless......of course they may be less used because we may have better softwares available......IE has some bugs...but still its fine to work with for most of us......as far as windows messenger service is concerned...i havent seen many guys using it but you have to have a default messenger... well if you talk about notification...they can be annoying but they are really useful sometimes.....messages like "network cable unplugged", "limited or no connectivity","100 mbps connected" are worth shown....they have just tried to provide all the programs...if you find better...use them..whats the point calling the default ones useless....
