I am extremely inpressed with the whole function and setup of this server and service. Would you be able to advise me on how to setup a server with free hosting for our local community. I have found I can lease lines from our local telco can u advise me on the type of server and software I should use. and the type of hardware that is needed to make it function correctly. I can obtain a grant of $10000 aus dollars would this be enough to set up a similar service to what you have here. I think what u have done is great.Tomsend me a pm if you want to keep it private 8)

if i where admin i wouldnt accept that! that way every1 can say that they r going to vacation or to help poor ppl in africa for few months and they will b safe and not requied to b active on forums.. (if u dont have internet connection, why do u need hosting??.. got it?).. and if he can login from time to time then he can find 2mins to post in forums i say, if some1 is going away for loger period of time he wont need his host and can require new1 when come back... dont forget that this is free hosting and forum activity is important in order to keep your account.. why it is important, ask admin. but if some1 will b aways for like 3-4 days or similar.. then its ok must say that this is my personal opinions and do not take them as real facts that FNH use. admin will tell u rules.. im just observing

Getting there, I just need to take pics of my this thing I made then I can start designing banner. If you maximize the browser on 1024x768 it should be ok, but I foudn it when you open it by default it isn't maximized so I'll fix that. What width do you recommen? 990 in width? I don't want to have to make it 800x600 compliyant though. Aren't those buttons on the side? I just made a rectangle and stuffed a word in it, I don't want nothing fancy like bevel and stuff. If you really feel I must then I will. You shouldn't be able to judge the navigation until I'm done with the site skyglow1

When it's done. It's a php backend, the javascript is the frontend. Because of a javascript frontend, you can just use xmlhttprequest, meaning it would not need to refresh the page to get data. You could then use this object in javascript to obtain variables passed via a script inside the frontend. Basicly: User clicks link.Javascript requests page data.Javascript gets page data.Page data executes script.Javascript uses variables from script to update page.User appears to go to page without refreshing.

Im not sure about this but i think just as long as you let the admins know (like you have) you should be fine.
