The nav system is.... unique. Some peole might find it hard or annoying. It's certainly counterintuitive. You might want to give the users a choice somehow. Maybe put a link or something.

i used cute but my evaluation ran out...keep meaning to get smart, but i am using 'fireftp' atm - a firefox add on...it does the job...but not good for multiple connections and for internal editing

As far as I see it, it is evil to kill people. No matter if it's Bush, Blair, Saddam... or the guy down the street; killing is evil. I don't think anybody can judge when or when not, a person is "out of control". Killing people is way out of control, no matter how it is done and no matter who is doing the dirty job. But... I do know that some people need to defend themselves. But that is a different story. Sometimes people get killed when they defend themselves. I agree with the Ashlee Simpson thing. True she did get famous from the start because of her sister, but if she was bad, it wouldn't last but a hot second. In a year or so, we'll all see if she last. I don't dislike her, but she's not a favorite...or even close. I, so far, only like one song of hers, "Peices of Me."There's really a couple. Britney Spears is a big one. Yes, for her genre of music, she's not bad, but she's still over rated.For me, also, Avril. I heard her sing live onces. Now I don't know if it was a bad day or what, but yuck. She sounded bad. I still like some of her music though, but she's over rated.
