How fast do you want it to be? The switched ethernet standard these days is 10 Gbits/sec, while your gateway router will give you up to the limit you agreed with your isp, usually up to 2 or 3 Mbits/sec(can theoretically be up to 8 Mbits/sec) :wink:

I would like to change, but i have grown so dependant on the file manager in windows that i find it exceedingly difficult to navigate thru Linux's rudimentary filemanager. :roll: Actually, it's not much work and you don't need a lot of space. I have a quad boot w98/w2k/Lindows/Xandros running on a 800mhz pc with a 8gb hdd. You just need to install the oldest os first(and windows before linux if you want to avoid to much hassle). So windows go on the c drive and then linux. :wink:

That's true :wink:, I used Far Cry only to play Single Player Mode (that was awesome ), but not checked it in internet ... becouse then only CoD and Cs was played online 8)
