LOL!!! Nareth, that is awesome. I too like Windows XP A LOT!!! I will admit to using Debian linux however, just as an alternative for software. I do however, run an Apache Web Server on XP, along with a MySQL server and several other VERY demanding programs on only 265MB ram, and XP runs like a champ. That's something linux can't claim for 256MB.

Just to see if it is worth it to have a webpage. My ISP already offers space, but no mysql, so I thought I would give it a try and see if it is worth my time and effort.

You will need to have Windows installed first. Linux will allow a dual boot system, but windows will overwrite the bootloader when installed, so you won't be able to boot into Linux. The reason 9.2 Pro is not availible for free distro is because it includes non OpenSource software, and it is a licence violation to give it out. The live CD's have surely been stripped of the closed source stuff.

Ok so you need the left bar to stretch all the way to the bottom of the page? Just asking how you can see if its stretch to the bottom, can you edit the code so that there's a visible way you can see its stretched to the bottom.Hmm I'm thinking setting the <DIV id="content"> to about 1600 height, then if the content exceeds this height you get a scroll bar with overflow:scroll, would that be ok? Then the left bar has the same height too.If you want to stretch then I'm stumped how to do that sorry.skyglow1
