  1. I had microsoft people coming to my school to give talks about these qualifications..They said that these qualifications immediately raises salary.. I'm not sure about the future for these qualifications...
  2. oh a point to note....Those who doesn't know what's running behind the scenes of MSN messenger 7 will find the program cool .. definately...For those who know.. it up to you if you wanna continue using it...I'm changing back to MSN 6.2.. it's more stable there..
  3. MSN 7 is laggy ... dead slow...i rather get back to MSN 6.2..Look at those nudges.. it takes up lots of memory just to shake your conversation window..and those Winks are just flash files... a potential virus media for virus writers to deliver viruses since they auto play themselves...and the poor made laggy contact list... not an XP eye candy feature..It's super laggy there as you scroll through your contacts..File transfer / Audio transfer are worsen...Files cannot be delivered although both parties accept the file.. the transfer just don't start...that goes same for audio conversation...Even the files start transfering, it's dead slow too.. Looking at it, it's estimated to be slower then 1kbps..I've loaded a 3MB webpage with full of pictures and it is faster then transfering a 1MB file through MSN...I'm utterly disappointed with MSN messenger 7..It's just too terrible for a new version...
  4. Mine worst...Their IT admins just sux.. They block everything.. yeah everything..Except the school's intranet...and their printing system sux too..You will need to purchase credits in few blocks away.. then come back to your workstation to print...It's *BLEEP* especially you need to print immediately and you are out of time...and their mice...worst case top hits in school..they can't work.. most has the dirt stuck in the mouse ball that made it not work...They just don't wanna change them to optical mice... to save cost..its terrible...
  5. and of course....since it's made by Mucrosoft.. ASP is not free and usually cos a bomb for individuals ...They are made for huge companies...PHP, MySQL, Apache on the other hand is free of charge...and more companies actually uses these free sources to save cost.. since they are as powerful...ASP is not better than PHP however.. Just that its convenient for implementing on a Windows Server... Microsoft products dude..
  6. hey dude... There are ways to do with your pages... Encrypt them.. with Javascript... Visitors will see your site as rubbish but javascript will render your codes on HTML format... So your sources are protected... Try these : http://www.protware.com/ https://www.atompark.com/ http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ http://designerwiz.com/ http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ http://www.share2.com/htmlencr/ http://www.mtopsoft.com/ Most of them are paidwares... You can still encrypt your HTML files but with the trial company logo.. These are real tools pal.. I have friends copying my stuffs too and I used them.. These links are my secrets and I've release them to you... Good luck in encrypting your sites...
  7. Hey... that a real good site for clans..
  8. Ok ...Simply to say ...The future of Windows is 64-bit: Windows XP 64-bit Edition and Windows 2002 64-bitHere are the features you will get in 64bit Windows XP :- Additional Performance and Scalability - Large memory support gives faster performance and ability to handle more complex tasks - Optimized for Itanium platform - Increased floating point performance - Multiprocessing capabilities - Single Desktop for Technical and Business Applications - 32-bit application compatibility and integration - Common management tools - Breadth of applications, Windows partners - Best Platform for the Next Generation of Applications - Windows programming model – single code base - Robust development tools (Visual Studio.NET support) - Microsoft .NETHere are the features you will get in 64bit Windows 2002 Server :- Additional scalability and reliability for memory-intensive applications - Breaks the 4GB/64GB memory limit - 16TB (terabytes) of flat virtual memory space - Greater physical memory capabilities - Hardware error detection and prediction - Extends the investment customers have made in Windows - Leverage existing Windows skill set - Native support for 64-bit Itanium hardware - Complements Windows servers on Intel x86 - Completely Interoperable with 32-bit Windows - Best Platform for new generation of scalable 64-bit server applications - Broad 64-bit application support - Same Windows programming model - Easy to migrate existing 32-bit Windows applicationsSo the 64-bit products are almost identical, feature-wise, to their 32-bit counterparts, but they're really not part of the same family.
  9. In future, humans are bio-computers..We all might be robots.. Image an OS installed to your brain..Invincible "harddisk" that you cannot buy...And, the future army will be overpowerful.. Imagine autofire of a machine gun once a soldier sees an enemy...?This soldier don't even have to touch that gun, he "thinks" to fire the weapon...Scary rather...
  10. Yeah..Okay take a look at these new features..MSN Messenger can now play winks (or rather FLASH file) and able to send animated emotions (GIFs).It can also Nudge people's conversations (simply shaking that damn window.. for haven sake). What else, but with extra advertisements and billing information for using "paid" emotions. Now these winks.. or flash files ... can deliver viruses and open a loophole for hackers to access our computer, since they are just flash files..Just a little programming on these flash files will do and they will spread viruses where you can't stop it..Nudging... wasn't as smooth also.. You can actually see those frames of your conversation...Not quite an "XP" candy for the eye.Other than that, it's slow and it hangs easily..A few methods to manual and purposely crash it :1) Open up your Windows Media Player and play some songs while logging in to MSN. That messenger will get itself stuck there once it logged-in and show you got emails.2) When you have a notice dialog by your messenger above your tray, simply clicking it or mouse over it will simply crash it as well.. Only when the moment when you just logged in..Now I have to search the web that still host MSN Messenger 6.2..I gonna drop back...
  11. I'm quite disappointed on this version of MSN Messenger...Seems cool to have support on Nudging people's conversations and winks using flash..But they are kindda useless if they add on to the lag and should have an option to disable them..Same goes for those adverts..What I dislike most is when it is logging in upon an initiation of internet connection..Many programs such as my AntiVirus LiveUpdate runs in the background when it detects an internet connections and loads successfully...But MSN messenger 7.0 seems to hang there..esp when u see that dialog notice popping up about your tray.. and got stuck there..Its as terrible when you scroll through the contact list and make a double click to a friend on the list...In fact, I can and have many ways to crash MSN messenger 7...Such as that my WMP, it gets stuck also when MSN mesenger 7 is logging in ..I think I'm going to give up on those nudges and winks ...Rather get on a stable and smooth conversation with my friends ...
  12. Like many others, I've downloaded MSN Messenger 7.0 when the final version is released.I found that this version seems to run very slow.Seems laggy too.. Sometimes it will get itself jammed up, esp when the popup indication upon receiving new mail.Scrolling through the contact list seems laggy and not smooth..You guys have the same problem ?I think this program is developed on .NET framework.. That's why it's slow...
  13. Yeah thanks...I've got a whole lot of programs that can do skinning in my list...But I wanna do it manually without program...
  14. Firefox suppose to download them instead rather then opening it directly.. However you can change some settings... Go to your Option Settings / Download and take a look at your File Types group.. Be sure that nothing is in there for better performance so files are downloaded and open externally from firefox. Another reason can be that Acrobat reader is taking alot of time to load.. Try rebooting your computer to see if it gets better. Else, upgrade to Acrobat Reader 7 which suppose to have a faster load time... Adobe Reader 7.0 : http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/
  15. Okay, I've heard alot about skinning Windows XP with programs made specially for skinning. But these programs somehow lags my system and I'm not quite happy about it...Anyone knows how to skin Windows XP without using using software like DesktopX or ThemeXP etc. ?Just skinning it manually including icon sets too..
