Hi.. 2kg in ten days? I think it will be not hard to do this. What you have to do is only make some really hard sport which is making your body harder and you will be lose some kg fast.. But don't do this long time a day..You can just play football with friends every day and don't eat meat food, because you cant lose that kilograms. I think you just need play football or tennis or some sport with friends where you are running and making strong movements with your arm or legs.

Great theme I just listed in my memories where I just remember my old pc which was really slow and I was using Windows 95 version When I just turn my pc on, I can go to toilet or make some food, because all at this pc was really slow But Advantages of this was two good games: Red Alert and Redneck I all time played it and in Windows XP I can't run them And my PC that time was: PC 133 16mb RAM 4mb graphic But my first experience with pc was in my friend who was one of first with pc in our "city". I was reading an interesting book the other day. I'd like to write something about this book in short. In this book is the main character named Katy,and her boyfriend is Tom. They are from one band from Steel City. One day Katy broke Tom's guitar in spite of herself. So he bought a new guitar at an old shop. However, a ghost was in the guitar!! From the day,Tom changed suddenlly. This story is about Katy's battle-can she save Tom from the guitar? This was the exciting book. I just saw "Hard Boiled" expecting a great film. I saw a- An over the top action film (a la Mission Impossible II)- A "VERY" generic plot and generic characters- A disorganized film with out of order cutscenesNow I do recognize that Hard Boiled probably is the most EPIC action film. Some of these battle sequences are incredibly long but it doesnt make them great. Some of them are quite good but I wasnt amazed by these sequences which is the only thing I could see someone be amazed by. Hard Boiled had very little substance.Saying that, Im a very open movie goer and Ill still see "The Killer" since most people consider it his best. But, I dont have very high expectations for it anymore. John Woo is just not my type of filmmaker. I want action with substance and flair. I dont want 40 min gunfights with absolutely everthing being blown up and everyone shot unless its done artistically.

Spybot is really awesome software and I'm using it more than 2years. It is much better as adware.But I'm using adware too.. Spybot is better because it can immunize bad files or what it is. And as Michael saidI haven't problems with it and no bad spywares was in my pc..

I was trying to do something in ajax and If I can say it it very cool technology. It is harder to learn but when you will learn it you can make beautiful pages with many awesome things. I was doing a shout box but it wasn't working.Why? Because I'm not good at coding and these languages. But as was said, ajax will be a wide used technology very soon.

Hi all..(if this is in bad section then sorry)I have one big problem with my site and I don't know how I can repair it. I have auto refreshed Shout box at site but there is little problem! When this shout box is accessed for guest there are coming spam bots and just spamming it. I know how to do it but I don't know about php. I have code for make this shout box Spam protected, but I dont know how to do it. All time when I add this code to php file, there is all things okey but auto refresh is not working Can anybody help?Because I need guest posting at this shout box. Yea as Mich wrote they just don't read rules and they are lazy or they are from country where are not english and they just trying to get something for free. All free web hosts have some advantages and disadvantages.I was using web hosting 110mb.com they were best but money are money and they are going down.And as I can say every web hosting who have more than 1gb space and unlimited bandwich will go down.And then you cannot say about second best web hosting because there are only Best and Worst web hosting!!And as I said all web hosting have some advantages and disadvantages. My opinion for this is: People Who Don't Punish Their Children, are really bad parents. (as topic said) Yea this is really true.. Parents who don't give some punish are bad because that child who make something really bad and he wouldn't be punished, then that child haven't got some parents help and he wouldn't be good boy. Sometimes not but most of these not punished children are really bad and still saying "fu*k etc" If I will be one time father my child will be punished because it will need it for good growing. And I hate parents who just saying bad words when they are with children. Then children are bad motivated and they are using that words too. Then parents please punish your children..
