i dont like using realplay or quicktime i just install the codecs and try to never use them and also never ever .mov files which were downloaded from sites which YOU know can do harm as code injects can be made in .mov files so i say instal the codecs and do not run the exes and only use windows media or winamp

mario galaxy is definitely a step forward for nintendo with improved graphics (boss cutscenes with the wind blowing through Bowsers hair), new gameplay techniques, new powerups and a whole new world with a whole lot of new enemies. it is amazing but the story seems kinda short and overused (you know what i mean)

i have heard rumours around the official nintendo website that Halo may be released for the Wii as Bungie is no longer owned by Microsoft i am not sure about this i just want to see the reaction of Halo fans of this "rumour" but you have to admit if Nintendo and Bungie start having talks its obvious its coming out on the Wii and wasnt there a Halo game on the DS (that might be a connection) well i am not really a Halo fan but i have played online and offline and i really liked shame its not really my game

i have been thinking a lot during my physics classes and learnt that energy can be created or destroyed so i thought that the creator of the universe has a lot of energy and i mean a lot, the creator (change name depending on views) TRANSFERRED his energy into the universe causing the big-bang or whatever and the creator regains his energy as matter is destroyed (i.e. black holes) as the atoms/matter were created with energy from the creator so when it is destroyed it is either TRANSFERRED to another atom or matter or to the creator. All the energy is restored to the creator when the entire universe is destroyed which links to the apocalypse and other "BIG-CRUNCH" theories adn if you believe in an after-life (like me) then you will recieve your "energy" back and will either spend eternity in hell or heaven, if you do not believe in a creator then the energy would be used to create another universe and so on...that was my theory if it does offend you please do not be angry as i am not really supporting it without a bit more research and before anybody asks i am very religious and this theory sort of fits with everything else really just give me your views on this as i would like to improve it.

hey give PHP some slack, there are many online rpgs made with PHP like http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ but yeah they are rubbish it shows they functionality of PHP

i havent done a lot of game programming but i know that the best way to go is to use irrlicht or some other game engine. i have used RPG Maker XP and i didnt really like it (partly because the english site was down) because it is S...L...O...W as it makes the game in its own code and then compiles when the game runs thus limiting your creativity. As far as i am aware ORPGs cant be made and unique customisation cant be made and its not cross platform but there are better prorgrams then RMXP like Game Maker (not Gamemaker which is for Mac) which can do a lot more than RMXP like physics, 3D output, DLL intergration and LAN/WAN connections

well as mentioned above you can use $_POST or $_GET or $_SESSION or $_COOKIE but each method has its pros and cons for example cookies can be created by the user manually and so can infiltrate your system

just to say any memory editor has the ability to "break" your computer you just have to edit the right program (winlogon.exe for windows xp)

I found this brilliant PHP framework its called CodeIgniter. It has everything you need to make a website in PHP, it has a system like many CMSs and has tonnes of classes from xml-rpc to to sessions. It also has an optional template parser which you can customise to your scripts needs, it does caching, javascript (yes it can output javascript), xml, html (it has a html helper file to output html code which won't collide with any " or '. Basically this framework can do anything and the best thing about it is that its opensource, free and has tonnes of documentation and support (you wont need the support just the documentation).
