Yay, Google! I think it's true, since Google's developing so many tools right now. I heard that Google's doing something like Skype (Internet telephone service) too. Google might take over the Internet in the future!!! BTW, someone already made something called gBrowser...

Are you talking about this? Sounds pretty nice, and I think this will be another one of Google's great tools. I'm gonna try it too as soon as they release it.

I use Gmail not because of its size (I don't get a lot of mails ), but because of its name and its functions. Its search function is great, and the way it displays the messages is nice. Also, I think it's java script or something, that makes the page update itself, so that you can see when you have a new mail.

Whoa... You've got some patience there...Photoshop isn't designed to animate. Try something else like flash, or if you don't need to learn something less advanced, swish. Also, did you do "Save As Web" in Photoshop? Just Save As in JPEG doesn't lower the file size a lot. Usually it's even bigger if you did more modification.

3D Flash Animator? It sucks, but it's 3d flash... Also, there are some books on how to do 3d stuff with Flash, for example, making a 3d face. My friend has one book and he learned to make a 3d tank. (And I don't think making a tank was in the book)

Hmmm...If you aren't sure about which one to choose, then you're probably unfamiliar with Flash. Flash is obviously the best program, but if you're not that good with Flash, maybe you should try Swish. I don't know if this is true, but I thought free hand can only draw vector images (flash images), but not animate them...

I think black's the best.White and light blue are pretty good, they're pretty "standard".

I voted for 3ds max.It's the best I've used. But then again, it's the only one I've used... But it's pretty good. It's easy to use, can do great stuff, and has lots of plugins.

I'm using Flash MX 2004 Pro, and I've never used MX. But if you're switching, I'd suggest Flash MX 2004 instead of Pro unless you're really good at scripting in Flash. In the Action panel, you can only chose expert mode, which only lets you manually add the codes. You can't switch to "easy mode" to automatically script (I've used Pro for so long that I forgot what the mode's name is...)
