Like meca, i had never played any of the previous UT games intil Unreal Tournament 2004. At first, i couldn't get used to the pace of the game at all, far too fast paced for me, but after playing it for a while, i actually really started to enjoy it. It is a very fun game to play with a group of friends,

I never played cs1.6, so when i finally got persuaded into playing CSS, i thought it was gonna suck (from what i had heard about 1.6). I actually enjoyed playing it for a while, but then i got really bored. It can be fairly repetative, especially for me. I would start a round, get killed, and then have to wait for ages until the round ended. The waiting around annoyed me intensly actually. The physics are good, and the graphics are fairly good aswell. I just never truelly got into the game fully.

It doesn't really matter what nintendo and microsoft do to be honest, Sony will still lead the industry in my eyes. For the record, i don't think nintendo and microsoft will ever become one, but i could see microsoft having a larger market share than nintendo in the future if they don't already have the larger share.....

A gaming system's quality does not really hinge on the graphics, which is what a lot of people think. The variety of games, the gameplay quality of the games, the life-span of the games are things which i see as being more important than the graphics. Still, PS2 can pull great graphics out of the hat, like GTA SA and the GT games. The x-Box may have the great graphics and capacity, but i still think the PS2 is overall the best system on the market, until the PS3 of course!

I have been using various versions of MSN messenger for about a year now and have not suffered too many problems with it. MSN 7.0 has been messing up recently for me, but i think the problems have been with the hotmail service rather then the problems being isolated to MSN 7.0. There are many viruses spreading around MSN at the minute, just don't accept wierd looking files off people in your contact list, because that is how they are spreading. They get onto people's system, and then try sending themselves to people on the person's contact list. Just be careful.

I like the Gaming section, and the sub-sections within that. The reason for this is that i know more about gaming then i do about other stuff, like the internet and software/hardware. I also like the general section, because everybody can relate to everyday situations and happenings

I always found the earlier Fifa football games were too easy, and they never truely felt like a challenge at all, far too easy to score in them in my opinion. Fifa 2005 is far more challenging, making it a better game to play in my opinion, because it is more difficualt to get bored of a game that is constantly a challenge.

Hey all, i have just re-introduced a gaming community site called 'Dedicated 2 gaming', or 'D2G' for short, and i thought i would come here and talk a bit about it, seeing as Xisto have been so kind in letting me have hosting with them. Basically, D2G is a gaming community whereby all types of gamers can meet and have great gaming discussions with fellow gamers. Not only this, but the community can also make suggestions as to what games they would to play on Saturday evenings, and the game that wins the vote will be played on that saturday between set hours, so kind of like clan matches, but a lot more relaxed. The only 2 tekken games i have played are the first tekken for the Playstation, and Tekken tag for the PS2. IMO, they are great games, particularly Tekken tag!

I don't listen to a huge amount of music to be honest, so i don't need all the space of an Ipod. I love the smooth sleek look of an mp3 player that fits right into my pocket.

UT2004 is my personal favourite, seeing as it is the only one i have properly played.When i first started playing UT2004, i didn't really like it because it was really fast paced and i couldn't handle it really, but after having played it more, it became clear that UT is actually a really fun game, once you learn how to cope with the pace.

I have Athens 2004, and it is a very fun and very addictive multiplayer game to play.

I think it depends on what you are looking for out of a football game when it comes to the Fifa/PES argument....IMO, Fifa has the better general mix out of the 2, with great gameplay, great graphics, a great sense of realism, and great depth, with many different sections of the game to help make FIFA have a longer life span.On the other hand, the only thing that PES offers is untouchable gameplay, but lacks in all the other areas i have already mentioned.If you are looking for the best gameplay only, then play PES, but if you are looking for the complete game, then FIFA is definately the game of choice.

I have 2 200gb hard drives.My friends are saying to me that it is too much, but i am one of these people that worries about how much space i have left on my computer. One of my friends wanted to buy one of the hard drives off me, but i politely said no!

Me too actually. PS2 is better, but the PS1 was the best at its time..

I am the admin of a CSS server, and people who hack on there get what they deserve, a good ol ban!

Lan parties are lots of fun actually.......Get a big group of people, and make sure everybody has there own computer with them. Sharing computers makes LAN parties less fun......
