Ive been in a similar situation. I really liked a guy for years, never dated him. I even told him that I liked him. he was flattered but he saw me like a sister . I truly thought he was the one but he wasnt. He even married someone else. Till this day I think of him as my soul mate. We dont even talk to each other anymore, not in the same social circle. I get that sometimes, a lot when I was a kid. Id almost stop in my tracks and say woah Ive been here before, or this place looks familiar. They say its just the mind playing tricks on us. I get prophetic dreams especially when its bad news, it sucks. I just take it as a warning and hope for the best. I come from a long line of psychics or family members who have experienced strange goings ons.

I go to yahoo chats, also msn groups, livejournal, blogger mostly I fix my site. I play a lot of the games on myspace time just flies

I like it not love or hate. Its everyday junk but when my son is watching it I dont have to worry about what he sees. You should see some of the awful cartoons on tv these days at all hours, the rudness and violence, just horrid! Ill watch bob anyday over them.

I am interested in writing a ezine as well, but if you want some practice Blogger is good and easy to use. Blogger and if you are hosted by Xisto, wordpress is in fantastico along with some other blog programs. You can customize them to your liking even put up ads related to your ezine. Im not as technically inclined as some people on here but the good thing is you can learn at your own pace and a lot of the programs have support forums. I also would like to know if there are any other programs out there too

The more we educate ourselves and talk about prejudice the better things will be. A lot of it comes from fear and ignorance and lack of exposure to groups of people. So take some time to get to know someone from a different country, their music, religion, language... You may be surprised to know how much more you have in common with them than not.

Of all the places Ive been too Ive never seen men of any race waving guns around in plain sight and Ive been through some bad hoods. If I see a group of mean looking people. I proceed with caution, period. Im a mom with kids, its second nature. A stereotype is just that a stereotype, it may not even be true. They also put limitations on people. Some hold on to these ideals like the gospel and spread it around, start to accept it without question. Generalizations can be just as bad as racism. Its the assumption, someone thinking they know me without knowing a thing about me. At times it annoys me to no end. For example, someone was shocked that I was valedictorian of my high school, and said its always the Asian kids who do that, cause they are so smart. So does that mean Im dumb cause Im black. Ive read the lit, the statistics, but who wrote that, who did the tests, who made the standards? There are black scientists, doctors, lawyers and would be more of them if the racist professors and teachers didnt fudge the grades. I took my boys out of their school cause and transferred them to another cause I had enough of the nonesense. Its nice to be treated as an individual first. That would be refreshing for a change. My partner is white and he experiences what I go through every day cause he is with me. Its something he never had to think about and his eyes are wide open now. I hope our son wont have to worry about ignorance as much as we do now.

What's sad is there are people like this everywhere, in every country, every race, every town. Parents like me, say a word of thanks every time my children get home in one piece, unharmed safe and sound.

Arghh! Well Im not listening to them. I finally found some good chewable vitamins from Jamieson and they are fine. I drink tonnes of vitamin c cause Im a juice addict but I know Im lacking in other stuff. Its the same thing with the weight issue, wine, coffee.. One day its good for you, the next its bad. Blah! Its true I try to have a balanced diet, but there are a few things that Im lacking. My vitamins taste pretty good too. Also having a newborn I figured it wouldnt hurt taking them, especially for my bones. I drink a good amount of milk and plenty of water. I love fruits and veggies, not always the recommened amount. After being single for a couple years I found myself alone broken hearted at home on mat leave, the lack of social interraction can drive one bonkers, makes for easy prey...only one problem I was so hurt, afraid and bitter that no one could get through to me. This gave me the opportunity to take a good hard look at myself and figure out what I wanted in a relationship. I saw many friends get burned by people online, men and women alike. Then I fell in love, so I thought, with a man who lived hours away in another city, we spoke day after day for 8 months. Hours, on the phone long distance,many calling cards later and the net. I thought I was in love. So we met up in his hometown. I stayed with my girlfriend who lived in the city, met briefly hung out at a mall, did lunch and soon he had to take off. Not even a kiss goodbye(my fault) I didnt want to spoil it. I should have know something was off but we planned to meet a second time....This time he didnt show. At least I had my dignity in tack, smart move on my part. By then I was so turned off by relationships. It so happened that a gentleman, a widower in his early 40's was looking for love, we started talking on messenger casually. I was not into men but for the sake of my 3 boys I had to give the opposite sex a fair chance. I took my girlfriends advice and took his offer to meet at a local mall just to see if we had a friendship vibe. I thought to myself, this guy is not my type but hes cool. Our date went smashingly well and he asked me out to the movies the next day. He was respectful, funny, kind sweet..everything I was looking for. We've been dating ever since and have a 6 month old son. We get a kick out of telling people we found love online. It's just another avenue.

Now thats a merger, one can only imagine the amazing products we will see. I use abobe for reading PDF files and macromedia, I cant think of a game on my computer that my boys dont use, not to mention those joke sites. Im looking forward to it.

I think there is nothing wrong with being a virgin and waiting for the right person or at least till they are mature enough to handle any consequences. Plenty of people are sexually active without really knowing anything about sex. Its best for everyone to educate themselves before they do anything with another partner, besides there are plenty of diseases one can contract with physical contact, kissing etc. Whatever one decides if they do it for the right reason they should be happy with the results. Some wish they waited and some wish they didnt. I wish I waited longer but whats done is done we have two children together and are still friends.

I guess it all depends on where its coming from. When people assume my son plays basketball because hes black and he's tall he gets offended and he should. Not all blacks are fast, not all blacks can dance(my brother has no rhythm . We are not supposed to be smart, just be good at sports and dancing. When we get ahead sometimes people assume its not by our own merit, someone gave us a break, felt sorry or wanted to fill the quota. That irks me. Many times people assume my son is going to steal because hes black and follow him around and his friends, they dont follow the asian and white kids around while they fill their pockets , its something that some take for granted and makes me wish they could walk a single day in my shoes and see the ignorance in the world.

Cammy is not your typical ebony chick, at first appearence you'd think she has a thick caribbean or african accent but when she opens her mouth she sounds like a Canadian girl, well she is a Canadian girl born and raised in Toronto and if I heard her talking around the corner and didnt take a peek you'd think she was a tall skinny blonde, besides she sounds like britney speers on a good day Shes 5'5'' shiny black hair, full but proportionate lips, large warm eyes, curvaceous figure, not slim not obese, shes pretty hard on herself about her weight but when shes feeling good, she shows a bit of her cleavage triple d's at that and a short skirt to show off one of her best assets, her great legs, shes a bit shy almost aloof but witty and talkative in the right crowd. Shes a big kid with a serious side to her, she looks like shes always up to something, her wheels constantly turning in her brain, ready for her next adventure...

I dont know anyone who hasnt thought about it even once. So much of our lives is spent trying to perserve our life, fitness, makeup, cosmetic surgery, we are afraid of death and dying, when someone dies we say they have passed away or they are no longer with us. There must be some meaning in living if we hold on to it so closely. I think its a selfish act, and Ive had some hard times but when I think about what I could do with my life I rather stick around and wait for gran and great gran kids to bounce on my knee

We all know of people who take advantage of the situation. Some people spend cause they think, everything will be blank after 7 years and they can start over again. They rack up tonnes of money on credit card bills, purchases when they cant afford it. I have a card but ONE, I am paying it back now . I wont claim bankruptcy for a couple thousand bucks, even if it takes me a while to pay it back...going on 3 years now but Im almost done. I rather have a decent rating then have to wait 7 years, who needs the stress. For some its the best thing to do but in a lot of cases it could have been avoided.
