I read a few days ago that first beta version of Longhorn will be released to public sometimes in June/July,together with the release of new incarnation of Internet Explorer 7.0 . Does anyone have some screenshot of how Windows Longhorn will probably look like?When you think about it,it's been a long long time since Windows XP was released,and it still looks nice and fresh.

Hehe,this is a funny one. Is there meybe a site where you can upload your pic,and as a result get how you might look like when you get old?

FlashGet is my favourite. It has many useful options. I really like it.

I recently installed Nero 6.6.0.6,and it works more than fibe for me. I had before Nero 6.3.,and it had serious problems with burning DVD-RW discs. I haven't tried any other burning software,as I am really satisfied with Nero.

My current specs are: The good part is Iiyama Vision Master Pro 510 monitor (Can handle 2048x1526 @ 75 Hz,and 1600x1200 @ 100 Hz). Hopefully I will upgrade in next few months to NF4 motherboard and AMD 64 Socket 939 CPU (most likely 3200+). By the way,I think that I'll buy also 6600GT PCI-Express. The new computer should be several times faster than the current one,and also the current one is not slow at all.

I don't think that buying new MB and CPU is smart unless you buy NF4 with Socket 939 CPU. That is the future.

Agreed. Everything is so good when you are in school,and have nothing to worry about. As soon as you start to work/get married,etc.,you have less and less time for yourself,and life starts running 5 times faster. Just enjoy it while it lasts.

Yup,Athens 2004 is available for PC-it's a 1 CD game.Athens 2004 is much much better than all other similar releases in previous years. In fact,review in one computer magazine in Serbia firmly stated : "Fianlly,and we mean,FINALLY,we have a really decent simulation of Olympic games". It's worth playing,especially it is really good when you play it with 3-4 friends. Another thing that I strongly advise is to use an old keyboard if you have.It's really bad to destroy your new keyboard because of a game,even though this game is more about the rhytm of pressing the keys,and not just pure speed.Enjoy!

It's really strange that such things are happening in sports. I mean,I ahve never seen stuff like this before in Europe,because the system is very different. But,on the other side,I think that there are far bigger differences in Europe between the very best players,and the average ones. However,there is no similar competition in Europe with so few teams,like NHL and NBA.

Eh,I have only 1.1 days hosting credit,and I try to post whenever I can. It really requires a lot of activity at the forum to have enough hosting credits. I see that some users post extra big messages,just to get the credits,but sometimes it is really unfair,because they just copy/paste the text. Anyway,it would be easier if there are enough good topics to write about,but ususally there are not. Even when I open new topic,there are ususally no replies for several days. General Talk is quite active,though.

I have mostly used Opera,and today I have given more chance to Firefox to see if it's better,and it seems that it is a bit slower than Opera. In any case,both of them are light years ahead of Internet Explorer,but I don't know hich of these 2 I should use. Bookmarks toolbar is very cool Firefox feature.

Opera/Firefox + Kaspersky AntiVirus are the winning combination. Slow giant like Microsoft can not make the best product in the market. It can be wnough for most people,as they get it with their OS,but for top-users no way.

After trying Opera and Firefox,I truly doubt that I will ever return to Internet Explorer. Just in case,I'll give it a try,but with a lot of prejudice. So,is it available already?

I have Asus Ait Radeon 9550 Gamer Edition. It's pretty cheap card,about 70 Euros here in Serbia. What makes it so special is that it is overclockers dream. It can be overclocked to almost 200% of it's default clock. Defaults are 250/200,and I am using for everyday use 420/260,and it can go a lot more,even to 500/290.One of the best buys ever.

I'll buy 2x200 Gigs hard drives when I upgrade my computer next time.
