I totally agree with you. I was once played a game (RuneScape). I went on nearly everyday even though it has cheap *bottom* graphics. After about a year and a half, I realised I was wasting my time and decided to move into the programming arena. WOW, Audition, Maplestory and now GE(Genado Espada) have invaded teenagers'/kid's and even adult lives. Instead of doing something useful, they are glued to the computer doing the same task over and over in aims of achieving that awesome level. GE(Genado Espada) is running a TV advertisement here in Singapore and it is shown on the prime time slots where most kids are watching the TV. I say blame those advertisers and people who cannot control themselves.The funniest thing about players of MMORPG games? Just call them a noob and most will respond with every insult from the book and insults to your entire family tree

I am quite surprised at the price increases as there are now new domain suffixes that may be launch at the end of july(?), .travel, .asia and a few more. Surely this should reduce the dependency of .com domains?

I think all credit card processors have a percentage commission and should you want to integrate it onto a server, it going to cost you the commission + time + money for the certs. Paypal does it all for you and I believe there is a ready made shopping cart too.

Big space and all but I find logging into my gmail takes a long time and the layout isn't as user friendly as I thought it was suppose to be. With yahoo and hotmail(yuck!) coming up with bigger space, I rather go for yahoo instead.

In my opinion, Harry potter shows lack substance although it is getting better, I wouldn't wish to spend my 10 bucks unless this 5th movie get great reviews. I reckon pirates and spidy are going to be close. But I think spidy is going to be a box office hit. Go spidy!

I got not really a tech guy but when I used google @ my home on a 56kps modem, google is faster where else in my school where they use I think... 1.5mbs internet, yahoo was much faster than google.

I like to note that communism wasn't the sole cause for decline. One of the Chinese emperors actually halted the period renaissance by mass killing educated people in fear that they may take replace him, while other nations were embracing it. This is probably the reason why the Chinese were pretty much backward during the 1700s. Mao Zedong was a mirror image of that emperor. Communism also poisons the human spirit to work. Examples are Russia and East Europe. These factors contributed to the demise of China. Now to the topic, I believe the Chinese are a friend but sometimes act harshly like the shooting down of their own satellite creating millions of debris in space, not respecting the sovereignty of Taiwan.
