Ever wanted to create your own smilies! This is the tool palette. I've highlighted the tools that you will be using for this tutorial. I've provided this as a reference to guide you as you progress through the tutorial. 1) Create a new document with the dimensions 15x15 and a transparent background. 2) Press the D key. This will reset your background and foreground colors to black and white. 3) Zoom in by either pressing CTRL + + or: Edit >> Zoom In, until you're at 1600%. 4) Use your pencil tool to draw the following: 5) Use your Polygonal Lasso Tool to make the following selection inside of your circle. 6) Pick a background color. I used yellow (#FFFF00). Set the foreground color to white. 7) Go to the gradient tool. Set the option to radial gradient as shown below: 8) With your gradient tool, drag inside of the selection from the center to the edge. Press CTRL + D to deselect. 9) Press the D key to set the background and foreground colors back to black and white. 10) Create a new layer: Layer >> New >> Layer. Hit OK. On April 22, Beta Testers for Windows Vista were given a new interim build - Build 5365 - to test. Microsoft is atleast a month away from releasing Windows Vista Beta 2 and this interim build showcases several enhancements we can expect to see coming in Beta 2. There seems to be alot more UI refinement in this build as well as some great performance enhancements. Setup has also be refined to let you see what stage the setup is at during the process. Hi, I dont know any link to the news articles but this has been my observations over the past few months.Recently Ebay had made some approached the two to Rival Google Inc.Then Also I have read that Microsoft is to acquire some stake in Yahoo! Inc.What do you think of this new chemistry between the two Giants ?Could it be possible these two come together just to Rival Google.Is Google Really such a pain in their Neck.Will MS and Y! team up ????

From the past Five years google has completely changed the way it was . I mean today Google is rather the ruler of the internet. Each new Item brought up by Google creates Craze like madness among people on the net. This is just the craze few years ago that once even Yahoo! enjoyed.People today are going mad for google stuff like GMail,Google Earth , Orkut,and of course its SEARCH ENGINE.Also not to forget about that GMail is still in the BETA stage. Google sure knws how to keep the craze on . Adsense was the biggest hit ever . It earns nearly 95% of its revenue of 1 Billion from the from the ADSENSE. So Following suite even Yahoo! jumped in the competition and has developed Yahoo! Publishers which is still rather in the BETA stage and so only The U.S. citizens can participate in it and not us . What do you think about this will Yahoo give a tough comeback against Google or will it rather stay in the second position? Will Yahoo Prove to be a Coup-de- grace to Google Inc. ?Who Prefers google over yahoo ::::If u favour google then give more ratings to it.

I would never recommend yo to do so in any way.I had my earnings crossing 200 $ for the first month.I got suspended say i have violated the rules which they did not disclose.I prefer Kontera
