Yeah, I agree, Flip phones are harder to get the screen scratched up because they arent usually exposed, and there also so thin, compared to the standard phones, there thiner, usually, and smaller. So yeah, take the Sanyo Katana, or the Razr for expample, very slick and very practical.

Yeah, Its kinda useless, its cool, but useless. I usually try to sketch out all of my designs in photoshop, and then im able to easily export the images to get a headstart. Also, its very nice to be able to have a first view of what its all going to look like with the textures and etc laid out.

I use mainly Dreamweaver, for my coding because i like the capability of the design view inside of it so i dont have to constantly ftp. I use Photoshop, for all my graphics, and i use Flash 8 Proffesional for all my flash based design. Also do not ever make all the links on your page in flash. The search engines dont know how to read them and your site will not get alot of traction.

If you are using tables, please consider switching to CSS and if your using Dreamweaver, its extremely easy. Css, is the web standerd now and its probly one of the easyiest languages to learn...ex: (HTML) <div id="logoarea">test</div>(css) #logoarea {width:120px;height:323px;margin:auto;}So as you see, its very easy to learn, and even dreamweaver has every bit of code and helpers in it to help you learn! Also its alot funner to do it in CSS because it makes you feel like a real designer, coding and stuff.

I can do Css, (x)HTML, Photoshop and flash for you, all you need now is a programmer, and I know VERY little with php.

You guys have to spread out from just doing forum sigs and stuff in photoshop! Learn to use the pen tool! Make some uber graphics, get hired, be the next ipod designer or something, just stop doing stupid forum signatures! Oh, and also! This is nice, and its also fun to use the clouds filter and dodge and burn it to your imagination, its like looking at clouds.

I run, Fedora Core 4, and Ubuntu Feisty Fawn. And Ubuntu is just so pretty its hard to pass up on, ya know!? And im one for the eye candy. And Im also trying to learn some of the realy hardcore extreme uber stuff with fedora core so yeah, I realy like Ubuntu, and many other people recommend it!

I have resisted to even try it! I know I will get addicted and then I wont get anything done. It sounds like a amazing game, but with school, a job, and other random stuff, Its just way to much to do ontop of World of Warcraft. Although if it was out for a console, I would pick it up and play it every so often. But one of the good things about wow is that you dont have to play on the public servers so you can play on a free private server!

I tried to get into this game, but it screwed me since day 1. First off. It took four days just to get my account activation email so I could play the damn game. Second of all, its fricken gay, The maps are terribly designed, it has a steep learning curve and its had to start up on. And the damn controls are shot, Its screwed up for macs, And the concept is stupid... a Side scrolling MMo!

I like counter strike, and I keep coming back to it when I dont have a project to do or when im not playing a different game. But also its amazing that it started as a mod then it turned into one of the most popular games in the world. Even thought it doesnt have great graphics, its not new, but people still love it, play it, and update it! Some day, there will be my 2 favorite things (not to sound stereotypical) Wii + Halflife!!!

This is pretty cool, And also it wouldnt take that long at all to program or maintain, except for having to remake Pong and Pacman and all of those other lovely games in such a small small resolution.

These are pretty cool! If you need to make a object that has a cool kind of hand drawn style to it check out Teddy! Teddy is a program, online and offline that you can draw a circle or what ever and it morphes it into 3d. Its very good and it makes very complex models in a snap! Its realy nice to also get a Tablet, I picked up mine for 100$ on sale. So it turned out to be all good!

Goto File, Save as. Then save it as a gif. You may also want to use Jpeg's more than gifs because Jpeg can be alot more effiecient in some purposes. But also! Gifs are capable of using transparency. To do the transparency thing, you gotta find the "transparency" box and check it when you save your image in gimp. Also consider getting the trial for Photoshop, makes this all streamline and very easy!

I think that with the rise of wifi in mp3 players that someone/me will make a good sturdy device with a wheel or something to be able to easily navigate through MILLIONS of songs because by this time the world will be almost completly networked using cell towers, satellites, and wifi and etc that you use your device to connect to a service that has every song on it and you just stream it and if you like it you can download it to your device for listening in space. You will be able to put your stuff on the service for free under the CC license (creative commons) and if you want to watch videos on your device you can because it also has memory! The device will also have a social networking feature similar to Myspace or Last.Fm. Any idea's, Improvments!? Insults!?
