    probably - if your site is offering something useful - free open resources - really get helps on visitors - sort of creations anyway, using this would be bonus for you to understand "what your visitor looking for" from your site.. onestat dot com is what the Xisto using, have a look right corner, on the top of page "tracker".. and i'm also using.. i also have a good experience with this service also.. actually, there are also a lot of other resources which you can find on.. if you Google it!! perhap, you have already known about this, haven't you? let's listen what the other Xisto folks say!!

    much instresting.. how did you discover tiger .iso files?? please share me the path.. just wanna play along with it like you.. :lol:i'm thinking about to buy tiger os cd, anyway.. because i heard some good things about tiger..

    unfortunately, you are facing this error..i think, you only need to deal with public_html folder..i never do face this sort of problem before thou i install and un-install so many stuffs for so many times...make sure that you check your folder, through by cpanel > file manager.. be patient and submit for the help ticket in cpanel!!hope, getting well soon...

    this is well-known, please read here if you wanna edit the theme by yourself Using theme or you just wanna download those already made-one then theme lists are here. Codex wiki is the best place for wordpress reference. p.s. good to read this how to upgrade version 1.2 to 1.5 topic if you were using wordpress from Xisto host which is version 1.2. By follow those steps, you can upgrade successfully..

    loli just wondering where the army system have gone?? actually, it just seperated from Xisto.. yap what cmatcmextra said about is true, i lost for awhile and just wanna add one more idea, "how's about just one global id/user account for ipbgaming.com and Xisto.com?" as this ipbgaming.com isn't another host server and just only intend for gaming..like i can still use my Xisto, badinfluence account to play the army system over ipbgaming.compossiable?? i hope so..i loved the army system..as i m in strategist minded :(it is good that making global user id for all Xito network i wont divert the topic, yes strongly agree to place the link for army system over ipbgaming.com... :Di'm on my way....

    it would be bonus for you if you use Google search for this. anyway, here is the working script <? $URL="www.google.com; header ("Location: $URL"); ?> <html><title>Google.com</title><head></head><body></body></html> $URL="place your updated url" title tag is about your site slogan which redirected!! original code maintain here use some editor or notepad and make sure that your file should save with ".php" extention.. place this file under your old host domain as index.php or use as you need.

    my littol suggestions... if we(as a webmaster) need to write more and just wanna get back short reviews or comments, suggest blog which feacturing more about instructional, journalling, etc.. if we have a community like(some people involving), suggest forum which feacturing more about discussion, rapidly comments/reply. suggestion(1) if you wanna both feature combination(blog+forum+portal), dont mind to use phpBB then use phpBB forum with mx-system. mx-system have a module called knowledge base DB which you can find on mx-system site.. that module is more likely you can give instructional, hints, faq, review, etc(have demo on their site). and also check out their forum about integrating blog system with mx-system(still under development)...so, phpbb + mx-system + knowledge base db module might need about ~8MB host space if i'm not wrong and of course one mysql db. (nearly 70% of your need) suggestion(2) yap wordpress is nice and another chance for this combination(blog+forum) is use wordpress with bbPress but bbPress is still under beta/un-release version. the output demo site look like what the wordpress site does.. it's nice and work, i've tried before, too. (nearly 90% of your need) suggestion(3) another good choice is using content management system probably CMSimple with your choice of forum. check the also CMSimple templete about the color theme with your forum(e.g.. CMSimple ipb skin+ipb forum) but this choice no.3 will be more off about what you wanted to do, i think. (nearly 50% of your need) correct me if i said wrong,

    hello cargllo, it's nice script.. i found something similar before but which run with mx-system(phpbb powered portal system). i gotta one question, if i host my song files on other host server(which is more about good to stream bandwidth), how this script can tweak to link that file..it's something like off-site avatar setting.... is it just simply change the path?? <embed src="songs/<?=$song;?>" to <embed src="off-site songs link/<?=$song;?>"

    I used phpBB.. so, i voted and recommanded it. what is good about? well both ipb and phpbb have their own images. but ipb, there is no more free latest version avaliable for download (which is what Xisto forum using v.2.0.++). Xisto host offered free version ipb v1.0 which you can find under cpanel > add on script, not under fantastico. for phpBB, you can have it to run the lastest version 2.0.15 and there are nearly add on hacks like what ipb does which you can easily find over net.. some cool links for phpbb are MX system, php Hacks, phpBB official, itself and Przemo version. for the style, preview here and download here of your choice!! other than that, use simple machine forum which you can find under fantastico. but SMF needs bigger load of your sever host space. you thought all the things are so complicated, then use punBB, straight forward, light weight and fast.. you can find under add-on script. i'm currently using mx-system(check my link below) which is good. i used Przemo version before and not bad but lot of hacks to handle good luck..

    Dreamweaver of course the best.. but it needs license, not a freeware. for the freeware, include these also, - php Designer 2005 - Barebone TextWrangler - Smultron i've got good experience with them.. check out..

    i never use vbulletin before, as it needs to pay. i only used most freeware forum. but even freeware forum do include install script and mysql query script, i hoped vbulletin should do have one too. just try to find install.php or read thru the readme.txt or something which developer note under vbulletin root folder. i'm sure that Xisto host do support for vbulletin.

    notepad ok, there are lot of coder/editor software free or commercial which are very powerful and great!!! i liked notepad, too. of course when nuthin is available.... but here are my current toolz which using most of da time, for window os & freebie - phpDesigner 2005 for mac os & freebie - Smultron or barebone textWrangler for commercial, macromedia > dreamweaver are ever great tool on earth for me

    + i would recommand buy e-mac if you dun wanna encounter any troubleshooting process + if you assemble your favourite choice of custom pc, you may encounter (may be or may be not) some hardware-software problems/headace + yap, e-mac with osX or ur choice of any Linux would be fine working system (if you rather prefer not to use mac os) rather than Dell/Win + even os-x buit-in-ready apache, iLife, etc.. are good enough to beat up window and there are lot of freebie stuffs like editor software for web development out there.. + you wont need to think baq about window + so, go with e-mac, yo wont regret it!

    - unix cover up great graphical user interfaces- for purpose of programmin coding, graphic design, audio, vedio all renderin softwares which use huge central processor- stability, performance and professional work flowthose are keypoints of how good it is....try it!!!

    yah what snlildude87 said about is correct. dun worry go ahead. i sucessfully done this before. download version 1.5, upload and manually update it. they have update script only specific about v1.2 to v1.5, check on their site carefully. when admin free, i believe they will put in this update script and we can access from cpanel now you go with manually.. dun worry, you will get experience will help you if happen to face problems...

    The hard drive format should be FAT(or) FAT32 if wanna dual boot from same partition.recommand to use different partition.it will boot thou different hard drive. set from bios.but cant accessiable from xp drive unless xp under FAT partition.
