No More Runescape! do we really need to poisin ourselves?
Elegost replied to i love pied's topic in General Discussion
People should stop talking about it so much here. Every where you look theres a topic about runescape. I find it quite annoying and boring. -
@Plenopic I will work on the buttons, and yes I agree i probably should add a bit more colour. @Epox I know theres no content, thats the part im not finished with. I just finished the skin and layour tonite for it. As for LDU, its a PHP/MySQL website engine (kind of like PHP-Nuke but better) Its kind of hard to explain, but take a look at theri website here: http://www.neocrome.net/

I pretty much just finished putting the finishing touches on my shiny new Xisto website. I just wanted some feed back from you guys about what you think I should change or what I should Add. Ive got a lot of LDU Skins (As you probably have noticed from my signature im sort of obsesed with LDU) and I decided to make another website to post them all and share them with other people. Its called Pyro LDU Design. Im not sure why I called it that, but yeah. I havent got any skins up and ready for downloading, I have just pretty much finished the lay out, and Im soon going to start moving them all on. Of course its powered by LDU Check it out here: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ Let me know what you think...

How to Watch TV on your PSP With a few simple steps, and simple hardware, you can convert any TV show into a PSP compatible file that can play on your PSP. What you will need 1. 512MB or 1GB memory stick 2. PSP 3. Software How to do it First of all your going to need to download the free software that will convert the video file (.avi, .mov .mpg or .wmv files only), Here. The software is called PSP Video 9 and like I mentioned above, its free. Install PSP Video 9, then find the file your would like to convert. PSP Video 9 only supports .avi, .mov, .mpg and .wmv files. Convert the file into the PSP conpatible file, then conect your memory stick to your computer, and drag the file on. Then fire up your PSP and enjoy the show! Normally a 512MG stick can hold around 1 hour of video. But in the setting tab you can change the Frams Per Second from 30fps to 15fps and you will be able to hold around 2 hours of video. It works quite good, and the quality is pretty amazing. I found this really great for long car trips, and on airplanes. Enjoy, Elegost

O the possibilities...Well if I had a million dollars, lets just say some extraemly lucky charity would be getting a check in the mail for 100 million dollars :)With whats left, I would build my self a huge house in the middle of no where up in northern canada. I would buy (or make) my own ski resort because I love skiing, I would get my self a really nice comp, TV, all the game consoles, huge stereo, and a few nice cars (Austin Martins... Porches... Feraris...) With the rest I would give a million to my bro and my parebts so they can retire Then I would invest the rest and hope it grows

Ok now that's pushing it. Naming your kid Google? I feel sorry for the poor bugger.... imaging how much trouble he's going to go through... If our that upsessed with google to name your kid google, im my opinion, you've got problems. That is guite funny though. Nah... I would call mine Apple.

Thats another thing I like about it. You controle when your site is up, or when its down. With lots of other free hosts (Discluding Xisto ) they tend to have lots of down time, and some times at very uppredictable times. Here you have full controle over your website.

Largest Known Prime Number A very long number...
Elegost replied to sonyguy's topic in General Discussion
I hardly doubt that thing number would really be at all usefull. Unless Apple decided to 10 000 iPods for every person on the earth. Still its pretty cool... -
I bought all my hardware used from NewEgg. I calculated that in total I saved about 100 dollars (Mostly because I ended up buying a new hard drive for the old PC I was using). Whats also a bonus is that most of the software out there for this is free. There is some where you have to pay, but the free ones are simpler, and easier to use. If you have high speed, then you will probably have high enought upload speeds. And for the IP adress, use No-IP like some poeple mentioned above. Its also free, or you can register your own domain with them to work on your IP. In the end, you will save money if you where planing on paying for hosting.

Yesterday I finally got my hosting. So I started to upload LDU, a website engine up onto my site. After I got a few files on, I noticed that nothing was working. Then i got to http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ I get a file that is currently uploaded into the folder public_html. Is this supposed to happen? Now when i try to call up the website engine, i get a 404 error, Page nto found. Now whats got me really confused is that I just uploaded the files for LDU into The main directory (No slashes or any thing) using my FTP program. So I should be able to call it up using http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ but i still get the same error message. Whats going on here? As far as i know my database is set up correctly for the engine, but its still not working. Please help me!
-
Opps, i did just upload them inot the main folder. Will this do any thing?
-
I used SmartFTP to upload the files. In file manager it says they are there, but i still get the 404 error saying they are not there
