I dont know much about it but have heard that it would have a great graphical interface. Earlier I used its skin on my desktop. It slowed down my computer too much. Thus the requirements would be high with 512MB Ram and 32mb graphics card. I am just waiting for it to launch. I my opinion PHOTOSHOP is the best or most popular because you can find maximum online support for it. No other graphics software has as many online tutorial as PHOTOSHOP. Thus as we all are just a newbie to this graphics world, it makes working on PHOTOSHOP easier. At professional level i do not think that iy makes any difference be it GIMP, PHOTOSHOP or just MS PAINT.There are many other softwares like PAINT SHOP PRO and ULEAD PHOTO IMPACT which are quite popular like PHOTOSHOP and provides enough online support.Lets see what others say about this :)SPEEDY

Try Blender, it is a great 3d graphics rendering software like 3D studio max. The best part of it is that it is a freeware and open source. It is very popular now days and has various online tutorials. The size of installer is not big (around 5mb). Thanks man for the information but I personally feel that FLASHGET is much better. FlashGet provides the option of resume download even on Megaupload and Repidshare and the feature of SITE EXPLORER is quite useful for mass downloads. The negative points are that it does not provide the option of preview.However is someone tries DAP 7.5 and finds something better than ever then please mention it. First the wallpapers and now the signatures man. I love to play games. Some which I like very much are:First Person Shooter=> XIIIThe game has excellent graphics with a brilliant story-line. This first person shooter game features a murder conspiracy. With the cartoon type graphics (vector art) and good effects the game is a must play game.Racing=> Burnout III (PS2)The high speed nitrous cars are just fun to drive. Take the takedowns and beat your opponent. The crash mode was a kOOl feature too. Thus the game has best of the graphics and an excellent game play.Multiplayer=> Unreal TournamentNo other game makes you get indulged in it as this does. With the quick action combat you cannot afford to rest unless you win. Capture the flag and Assault are enough fun in multiplayer. Winning a death match with many opponents is like being immortal.Strategy=>Worms World PartyThough the game might look childish but it is a fun to play. Unlike other multiplayer strategy games you can finish the game quite quickly. The game is fun even against computer. Given powerful weapons like BAZOOKA, HOMING MISSILES, GRENADES, and MINES etc and with the only aim to finish your opponents is really a good time-pass. Though it is a 2D game, I love to play it.Adventure=>GTA Vice CityLast but not the least, GTA is a must buy game. Having power, money, chicks, respect, weapons and everything one wants can be easily achieved through this game. Being a criminal can be how much fun can be experienced by playing this game .These were some of my favorite games which i had completed not only once but many times. Thanks a million man, I never knew how to make our own brush sets. It is really very useful to have custom brushes as that gives you enough control over them. Here is what I got: The effect is cute. I also added motion blur, gaussian blur. I would rate the tutorial 7.5/10 The effect is easy as well as attractive. Adding some Radial blur with zoom gives a real good look. Adding good-font and borders can give you a real good signature. Thanks for the tutorial man, keep up the good work Speedy

Thanks a lot man for you reply We already had Microsoft Anti Spyware from before and it was not able to fix it so i suggested my friend to switch to Ad-Adware. It too failed to fix that. The person is having Norton Anti Virus which is up to date and so is his Windows. As I have tried almost everything (not the method suggested by Virriguy as it sounds much time-taking) and nothing was able to fix that so I suggested him to format his system. The back-up was already there so we formatted the system and HOOSH now the problem is GONE. Taking your advice I would ask him to install Ad-Adware + Norton Anti Virus + McAfee firewall. Like Nakul I too use Sify (in INDIA).I have 256kbps cable connection connection priced at around 15 US dollars. I have unlimited download option. Though the browsing speed is quite quick the download speed is around 30-35 kbps. The bad point is that though the service providers claim it unlimited they forbid us to download more than 150MB during the day (9 AM to 10 PM). If we compare the prices with other service providers in the country it’s quite cheap, but overall I feel it’s costly. The speed is too slow if compared to service providers in other countries.It is expected that the prizes of internet would go down in the country as they want to encourage broadband.Like hazeshow has said i too believe that the internet should be free and government should provide it.Lets see if that might happen in the time to come :)Speedy

The device also has an LCD screen and plays all types of audio discs.So don’t forget to check this too before you make your decision. After all it is BOSE.In case of video capability, I think buyins a SONY PSP is a better option as it can play videos, songs, DVDs , games and almost anything. Post your comments guys.Speedy

The spyware threats have been continuously increasing. Months back when i was stuck by a spyware I first downloaded SPYBOT Search and Destroy. It did quite a good work but after some months Ad-Adware was ranked as one at DOWNLOAD.com . So I started using Ad-Adware and of-course it was better than SPYBOT. It was able to find some more defects in registry, but recently MICROSOFT ANTISPYWARE came on stage. The company name was enough for me to make a swap. I found Microsoft much better than any of the two. As it is available only to ones who are licensed thus it provides regular updates. The search is done in much depth and the results are impressive.Thus I would strictly recommend MICROSOFT ANTISPYWARE to the newbie. It is the best at least for me .Speedy

Dont worry Abhiram, I have tried it before. It is exactly as you have described. Sometimes a audio file or even a folder wont delete no matter how much you try. Sometimes it refuses to delete even after reboot, if it doesn't delete like this also in that case you should try to start computer in safe mode and do the same as above.Thanks for reply guysSpeedy

Many a times when we try to delete a file Windows show an error that the file is being used or some other message and we are unable to delete it. This often happens when the file is infected.Here is a way to delete any file:Go to Start>>Run>>cmdType in the path where the file is located (eg. "cd c:\temp" ), don’t close this windowPress ctrl + alt + delIn processes panel close "Explorer.exe" (you would see that taskbar disappears), dont close the windowIn the command screen delete the file ( del filename )In the task manager click File >> New task >> Explorer.exeTaskbar reappears and the file deletes.This is quite a usefull trick.If anyone know any other easier way to do the same then please share it Speedy

So atlast the tabbed browsing is supported now, thats great. I thing that it would surely give a good competition to FIREFOX now. The sucurity must have improved.I wont try it until the final version is released (still in beta stage).If someone has used it then please tell if it is better than FIREFOX and OPERA. Till then I am happy with version 6 . I personally dont feel that IE6 is bad either as everything has both sides (the good and the bad) .

I saw an image at deviantart.com which i liked very much, however I have lost that now, but still have that in mind. In this tutorial i have tried to get that similar effect on any photograph. Here is the picture i started off with (better if there is no sun): https://j'>https://g' alt='Posted Image' class='bbc_img' /> The first step is to desaturate it: (ctrl+shift+u) https://j'>https://g' alt='Posted Image' class='bbc_img' /> Now we need to have a moon: Use eclipse tool to draw a circle (feather=10px) and fill it with white color. Lower down the opacity of it. Thus we have got a moon. https://j'>https://g' alt='Posted Image' class='bbc_img' /> I added some grass at the bottom (upto you). And now comes the main part LIGHTNING: goto filter>>render>>lightening effects Place a bulb at the moon and choose light type as omni. Adjust the intensity according to the image. Do the same for all luminous objects in the image (light type = spotlight if at corners and light type= omni if at the center).
