You think so ? It has an annoying timing when it comes to asking questions. For example the time/date and the network dialogue, they force you to stay near your computer while windows is installing.The unattended method is much better, put the disc in, partition, format and of he goes. When I leave for 15 minutes and then come back, I get a windows desktop, instead of the windows installer asking stupid questions.
Another method I always use, is nLite (google it). This allows me to slim down windows by removing useless programms and it can apply loads of tweaks and settings.
true, but you could've at least waited for the questions to pop up, it wouldn't take too long, then you can go out for 30min then come back and it would've already go into the set up menu.

I think that Microsoft should redesign their BSoD so that regular users can actually read what the heck is wrong with the system instead of just pumping out the debug information!Heck, even Linux's kernel panics can be easily read than Microsoft's BSoDs.xboxrulz

Why don't we put up a request to the admin that to upgrade to MySQL 5?Is there any way by which backward compatibility be maintained?
MySQL 5 is still fairly quite new, so the chances of havin' it soon is a lil' small until MySQL 5 has been fully tested.

It's best to never write down passwords or even store them in your computer. It's best to commit it to memory.xboxrulz

hmmm... i have to say that it's Halo 2. I know you might say why, and that Half-Life 2 has a better physics engine and the game needs a Pentium 4 machine to run and Halo 2 only need an Intel GMA 950 like chipset and Intel Pentium III processor to run it.I love Halo 2 because of its online community. It just blows my mind, I haven't seen another game aside from the Battlefield series come out with such a community. Even the CounterStrike community doesn't have variated gametypes for a shooter game.xboxrulz

The fact is, the Wii was just released, so I don't think many people had their chance to try to new system out, considering the fact that it came on a Sunday instead of the usual Friday releases.xboxrulz

Quicksilver Forums 1.3.1 is now out:
Go to the Downloads page linked above. Key changes include:
* Most languages now use UTF-8. This could cause some 'corruption' of existing posts that use non-english characters. Sorry about that but we need this change for the javascript tricks we are introducing
* Language updates to Swedish, Norwegian and German.
* New backup tool uses XML (and is far less likely to run out of memory)
* And many bugfixes

let's see, every Linux user can range from the ages 6 and up. Some may not even have the age of consent (for example, me), so how the hell can Microsoft even sue me?Plus, just like the hacker manifesto, take one of us down, there's a billion more just like me.xboxrulz

I asked this in another thread, but what Linux distro runs easily on an AMD dual core? Someone told me that AMD X2 doesn't support linux yet. but if it does, what's a distro that is easy to use and set up for someone who hardly has any experience with it?
Any Linux distribution that allows SMP in the kernel can support dual core machines.

Yes, I too do not understand why people would waste their money by having it first. By having it first, it may run into other problems. Like, I waited for more than 6 months for my XBOX 360, waiting for them to fix all the crap that's wrong with the system. I haven't had a single problem since I got the XBOX 360.The one thing people is lacking is patience, including me. Which is why the secondary market works, else people wouldn't buy PS3s to sell.xboxrulz
