Has anyone here started to play the game with the University expansion? I just got it and haven't installed it yet, but I am still going to play it. Any positives or negatives at the ability to play with college related features?

I tihnk the Lord of the Rings Trilogy puts the Matrix Trilogy to shame. People are just fascinated by the Matrix societal ideals. The Lord of the Rings gives a great story with great visualizations that makes you even more think of the movies concepts and make someone want to be a part of it even more.

If you are referring to 'Age of Kings' from Heaven Games then I have never heard about it until today. I am guessing that you might have played it before. Can you tell us what it is about and if it is good enough to play?

Final Fantasy X Discussion - Warn if spoilers
Space Orangutan #2 replied to Kyle Perkins's topic in Computer Gaming
I haven't finished it either. I can never finish such a long game, well long to me only I bet. I like the story this time around because it has people I can relate to more. And of course the game is beautiful and the newer games will be even better than the last. I hope Final Fantasy XII will blow Final Fantasy X out of the water. -
PS2 Vs XBox What is better PS2 or XBox
Space Orangutan #2 replied to nealed's topic in Hardware Workshop
Playstaion2.It has much better games than that of the XBOX and works better online in terms of GUI and personal selection of rooms. The XBOX has some of the crappiest games and amount of games to choose from. It's holding on just from its few star games. I will admit however that it loads faster but without the games the console is crap. -
Asteroid In 2029, an asteroid will be viewable...
Space Orangutan #2 replied to kc8yff's topic in Science and Technology
I wonder how close it will actually get and how easily it can be seen by the human eye. It seems pretty cool to see such a thing; it's like an eclipse or something but even cooler. Does anyone plan to be in those areas when it flys by? -
How Long To Learn Dreamweaver?
Space Orangutan #2 replied to chris1234's topic in Websites and Web Designing
I've used Dreamweaver may times in the past and now currently. I don't use it primarily but just for certain tasks. It's pretty easy to learn after you know the very basics of it's layout. I don't use it much anymore because of the way it handles my code. It seems to change my code in a way that every page I load into it looks messed up even though it is compatible. I just use something like TextPad for just those reasons. -
I have never had the opportunity to play this game. I have mostly just been playing the Battlefield series and now I am getting into Call of Duty. Does anyone think this game is worth to get when it gets down to the price of $20? [Or is thge game already $20?]

Gran Turismo 4 might just spark my interest to get back into playing racing genre games. I have played Gran Turismo 3 and some aspects of it just turned me away. It definetly had a confusing menu, I can remember that. Hopefully if/when I get Gran Turismo 4 I'll get a force feedback wheel.

I have always wanted to get into such old adventure games. I myself have played some of the early dos games and still have a few around, somewhere. I believe one is even called Adventure. I might try to get games like Sid Mier's Pirates or even Sam & Max.

There are many games out there where you have to pay to play. Many people seem to don't mind to pay almost each month. I, like some of you, am not one of those people.I hear a lot of people talk about so called free private servers out there where people can play games online for free? Does any where here take part in one? If so, state the game and info to connect.

The comprehensiveness of the site always makes or breaks a deal for me. Like, sometimes a MMORPG site doesn't include normal info that a person might want, for example Screenshots. How much work one puts into their site can sometmes tell you that they might put just as much work into their game aswell. Although on some occasions people can't be bothered with the site seeing they are actually putting all their effort into the actuall game. It is really hard to tell such a thing until you actually leap forth and try it for yourself.

<marquee> ..
Space Orangutan #2 replied to l337 Nurse Pedestrian's topic in Websites and Web Designing
Yeah, they have it corect but why would you want it to go from left to right? Well maybe if you use a language in it that reads that way but it will be wierd for English to be in the marquee seeing that in English it would be hard to follow. It'll sure be cool though. -
Need Idea's For Logo .....
Space Orangutan #2 replied to Silent Soul X's topic in Graphics, Design & Animation
I personally wouldn't go with the old reused idea of dreams with clouds, sleeping, and such. I think of "Dreams in Digital" I see more of an idea of actual dreams people aim to achieve in life. That in mind destinations around the world such as a tropical paradise leap into mind. Everybody almost dreams to go to such a place. Granted, we have our own ideas of what such a dream place might be. Myself speaking, I see "a lush, foggy forest in the middle of tall hills settled in a sort of valley". Of course, whatever you see as your dream should fit you best. And you could always do a corny pixelization effect to tie in the "Digital" part. -
Google Calculator calculator on google?
Space Orangutan #2 replied to harriko's topic in Search Engines
Yeah this thing h as been around for a pretty long time. I don't use it simply cause I can just use the built in calc or I don't need one in the first place. I like how it handles some equations better than other calculating tools but it's very simple in its execution. -
When I first heard of Google Video Search I thought it was going to be awesome, then I saw that it was a big bust. I first thought that it'd be a good place to download free videos. It's nice that you can see info on a particular show but it isn't as usefull as I hoped it would be. I think it would be nice if they could include video clips of the show also, if it's not so much of a big bother to them.

I heard about this story a while back. It's interesting to hear a story like this about a big company that produces some of the most critically acclaimed games yet does something dirty in the background. This reminds me when I first learned about the whole Nike sweatshop thing. It it similar except for the fact it involves us locally making the product. It's still a wonder to me why these types of things aren't caught and stopped in the beginning.

Nuclear Fusion The Eternal Energy
Space Orangutan #2 replied to Admiral Lyoko Samus's topic in Science and Technology
Nuclear power is just too dangerous. If we were actually able to handle/harness the power well then we wouldn't be having such nuclear explosions in the world. Even one across the world affects us in a way even though it may be little it will eventually be a lot.I am all over wind as a power source. Also the sun. They both are clean and such places that harness its power are just awesome to look at. Plus, who doesn't like a good, clean, power source. Some celebrities actually have solar panels on their roofs to pay lees on their bills. -
Graphic Freeware graphic freeware

My two cents is to download some good photoshop add-ons and such. Here's some tips: Brushes: I have downloaded many brushes for photoshop. I must have like two hundred. They've helped me a lot. Most if not all come in a pack so you have a few that go well together. Actions: These can do a lot to your images. It can range from an action to make your image into a perfect black and white image to something that can change the total look of text. People make a lot of other stuff two such as Styles, Textures, Filters, and etc. to mess up an image or make it look great. Adobe has a site of it's own for this stuff. You have to sign up but it's free: Adobe Studio Exchange -
I am still not sure who wins this war between the two giants in gaming. Each has many pros and cons from the get go. [Now I know some purists will "try" to defend their peripheral to their death but they can't be ignorant.]Nintendo has an innovative idea, something yet again that's far from conventional. Also, at launch they have a good amount of new and different games that haven't already been released in some other form. Only downside of Nintendo is besides chatting and playing games, that's all there is. Possibly there will be a change to this in th future.Sony seems to be going for a multimedia handheld. Nothing unconventional but more like, well, a handheld media player with games. The plus that the Sony handheld has is to play video and music. EVen at that it has to be in a certain format in order to play. [sony even is coming out with a downloadable media convertor just so people can actualy listen/watch media.]All things accounted for, both don't have everything working for the get go. The wifi gaming part does not work in full. Why aren't these things delt with? No one knows. I have seen more Sony cons about the handheld than from Nintendo's. I might get both eventually because they both have their pluses.

There is a mod you can install that deals with post amounts for users. It's on the phpbb site because I think I saw it the other day. I'd give you a link now but it seems either their site is down or my computer is evil.

Who Is Considering Switching?
Space Orangutan #2 replied to MajesticTreeFrog's topic in Websites and Web Designing
I have always liked Macs. Even though we don't have many here and mostly have windows machines I've always wanted another Mac. Why? Cause they have always been the better looking comp with better features, except for gaming. Same thing goes for linux. Once I get another good computer for cheap, I am installing linux on it. It's all just a matter of money. -
I don't think they make it anymore but I do remember a version for the PS2. I have seen many of the Playstation versions. It seems interesting but I always wondered actually how many types of games can you make? It can't be infinte but how liberal can one get so that everyone's game they make with that isn't the same?
