I have a VW passat with a 4 banger, and I get 35mpg highway. I'm proud of my 4. My passat gets as good of gas milage as the Ford Excape Hybrid. If car manufacturers pull their heads out of their behinds, we will have cars that don't depend on oil as heavily.

Anybody heard of this school before? I'm starting there in November, but I've heard mixed reviews about it. I'm going there for their Show Production and Touring program, but they have a lot of computer-based programs also. If anybody has any feedback, that would be awesome, because I don't want to waste 50,000+ on a bad education.

From what I understand, Google apps are featured on the iPhone. I don't have one, so I'm not sure. But, why would they release a phone to directly compete with a phone that features their software? I'm not saying that it would suck, I love free stuff. But, I highly doubt that it will go through.

I've got everything ready to build my new computer, except the video card, and mobo. I was looking at going dual video card, and I was wondering what you guys thing is better: Dual ATI 2900XT 512mb with Crossfire, or Dual Nvidia 8800GTX in SLI? I'm mostly going to be playing source engine games.

I'm a computer tech at my school, and I know that the price for just going on the internet is not that high. Even for trying to get around the firewalls only gets you a 6 weeks loss of computer privilages. There is something you are "omitting" from your story, cuz there is no reason to get expelled for just getting on the internet.

I had this idea since I was a kid. You take a french fry, put the ketchup inside the french fry so you don't drip it when you're driving. I think it would be the greatest thing to ever hit the food industry.

What I would do, is get involved with some kind of sport. It doesn't have to be a school sport, or anything like that. I know when the same thing was happening to me, I got into paintball. It was so much fun, and it got me off the computer.

Crap, I never thought I'd see the day when a case badge would become obsolete. Personally, I think the logo looks like crap, along with the slogan. When I go to microcenter, every intel box blends in, and I have to look and read the sall print to see what processor it is. Bad Intel!!!

I think the government should put huge import fees on anything coming into the country to convince manufactures to move their plants back here. I think this is our last option now. Anytime I call tech surpport to fix my computer, I get a indian. I hate it.

I'm glad nothing like that has never happened to me. Lucky for me, there are plenty of parking spots at my school if you get there early enough. I don't thing we have any tow zones here, except for handicapped parking.

I can understand the staff not letting students blog in school, but I do believe that is unconstitutuinal. It violates the right of free speech. I know at my school, all of the blogging sites are blocked, and there is no way to get on those sites. I'm guessing there is going to be a large lawsuit agansed the school.

Make sure you don't have a floppy in the disk drive if you have one. That is the usual error mesage you get if there is a floppy in the drive during boot.

I rember when I was in the state science fair. That was fun. I went to youngstown, to YSU and there was somewhere around 250 people there, and I got top honors with a $50 savings bond.

Do you mean the 2-way radios built into cell phones, like Nextel phones, or do you mean actual 2-way radios that contain their own transmitter and reciever?
