ok so yeah thers this network thing that im involved in and some of the people really annoy me theres this one guy who keeps filing complaints against one person and they're for the stupidest things. instead it goes to the head of the network, so far in all the complaints i've been right and i am in this one too why do people have to be so stupid when confronted with why all he says is "im not at liberty to discuss that with you" yeah right its me that the complaints are about the head of the network has enough stress as it is and doesnt need more, so do you think that this person could even talk to me first, no, of course not cuz hes rediculous, the head of the network said though that if this person keeps up hes gonna lose his spot on the network and id be happy about that because then there would be no complaints is he jealous? currently im the director and hes the co-director, is he trying to take my job? he wouldnt get it i know who would and it is not him i dont understand why people are so stupid about things. ugh so stressed! this is the 3rd complaint hes filed why cant he talk to me about stuff before he does this something could be worked out but no not at all....the head of the network dissappeared for a few days and this guy said that the director left him in charge...when the director got back i told him what this guy had said and the director got really mad because no it was i who was supposed to be in charge not him...AAAAAAAAYHHHHHHHH i wanna just scream at this guy and fire him myself. i cant tho. who knows maybe at some point i will idk. i'll post more later and keep this updated if i can!

ah wow first kiss, my first kiss i was fourteen there was a 4 year age difference...it was just a peck nothing too special so i dont know if that can really be counted as a first kiss....a first kiss that actually meant something i was 16 and there was only a 2 year age difference. that was great i was getting into my car and he pulled me close and kissed me...it was slightly awkward because i was sitting down so i stood up and we tried again eventually we got the hang of it that was great...so much fun from then on kissing became one of my favorite things to do. and it still is besides cuddling and stuff but kissing is one of the most intamate things that you can do with someone else and really show the passion that you have for someone else. who knows maybe someday you can be looking back on a first kiss with the person that you marry and it could be them just waiting for it to happen again. wedding kisses i thought were always kinda cutsey...idk who knwos i'll post more later maybe.

yes i realize that i need to use self control but its not that easy, my life gets very stressing and so it makes the addiction worse, smoking for so long and now not being able to do so it makes me quite an angry person towards some people and they dont like that and neither do i but how do you quit smoking when the side effects make you a person that you dont really want to be in the first place?

currently i use a lot of e-mail providers all for different reasons i have juno, because family e-mails me on that one then i have hotmail, my friends know this one, aol, family and friends know this one, yahoo for stupid reasons actually i have 3 yahoo, 2 juno, 1 hotmail, one aol, and another used for a chat network. its insane to know how many i have and that i actually use them huh...kinda crazy. anywayz got to go!!Jesse

Well the Sydney Public Transport System is so terrible. Why is it that when you need to be somewhere at a certain time there is always delays on the Rail System? You leave two hours early just in case something goes wrong and you still turn up over an hour late The Public Transport System needs to be reviewed like they are always saying. But guess what, it is never done like they say either. Surprise Surprise. Well things may get better one day. But for now its another job down the drain because of Public Transport. I think that next time I will go in the City the day before, just to make sure that I get there ontime for an interview. But who knows ...

Well time for another rant. This time I am going to rant about our Prime Minister and the Australian Government.Well Mr Howard why wont you allow *happy* marriage. You refuse to be seen in public with one of your sons, and you know why? Cause he is *happy* and your ashamed of him, you silly silly person. He is still your child and you should be proud of him no matter what. But thats your choice.Anyway we have a RIGHT to be normal like everyone else. There is NOTHING wrong with us because we are *happy*. There is only one difference and it is you and your government that is discriminating againast us as Australian Citzens.Blah I cant continue with this rant for now ...

Well time for me to Rant Again.I have been smoking cigs for as long as I can remember, I think I was about 11 or 12 when I started. And I remember that it was my mother that got me onto them. And now I have a serious health problem and I was told to stop. Ok no problem, you care to explain how I do that? Well this is what I was told, use patches and gum. Ok I use the patches, they stick for a few hours and fall off. They are surpost to be on for 24 Hours at a time. Well how can they stay on if they wont stick probably? I am surpost to use them for 12 weeks, how if they wont stick It is so hard to stop considering I have been smoking for so long already. But I know that I could be in more serious health problems if I dont. But man why is it so *darn* hard. I know that the nicotine is a problem because of how addictive it is. But yikes. Listen you patch making companies, if you seriouslly wanna help people quit for good, then at least make a *darn* product that works properly

OMG I so know what you mean about that Ad. I annoys me so much that I end up turning my sound off cause I cant stand hearing it. It is so annoying and everyone else at home agrees as well.It should be changed, or at least the sounds taken off it :|

People so need to learn how to read. Like on the main page is message of information etc on what is happening and everything else. *darn* if people dont read how do they really know what is going on and when.All they need to do is open there eyes and they will see exactly what is going on. Is it really that hard? My goodness, on average at the moment I am getting approx. 10 complaints a day. So why dont people learn how to read. If you dont know how to then why are you at a site where there is a lot of information and text formatting?Blah ... Im in another ranting mood after finishing going through another days of complaint Emails ...

I have this code in my ftp as "scroll.js" The problem with this is that it fades in and out going to the next message. However I want to have it so it scroll up and continues through. So instead of fadin in and out it will constantly scroll up. Thanks again for your help guys and gals.

Well if you are Hosted with Xisto you have a full access to a PHP Nuke Install in your cPanel. Just login and then select Fantasino (wrong spelling) then down the list you will see PHP Nuke. It is about a 22MB Install. But it has everything you need to get started.

The new version of PHP Nuke is in the cPanel of my Hosted Site here. And I am currently using it at the moment. But it really isnt all that it is said to be (thats what I have found in just a few days).

I personally try not to think about it. I just like reading the books when they come and watching the movies in the same way. But I do prefare to read the books then see the movies though.

OH, so dont get my started on Phone Companys. I have already made my Vent for tonight, but here is a little bit more. My phone company charged me $390 to transfer my phone to three houses away. It took 3 hours to transfer and all they had to do was flick a switch after they had the instructions in the computer. Like *darn*, I would love 390$ to flick a switch. With how many times I hit my keyboard keys in a day I would be a multi-millionaire before I know it.

I also have problem connecting into my Forums after I set it up through my cPanel. And because of all the trouble I ended up moving over to a Free Forum and just linking it to my website.I remember a few months ago my cPanel had access to install a IPB Forum and now it isnt there anymore, it just appears to be a phpBB. So I dont know :|

Well I am in IE Person. However I also have firefox. For some reason FireFox seems to load pages faster on my Computer then what IE does. Its only a couple of second diffference. But it is still noticeable.So even though FF is a little faster, I still use IE cause I do like it better. But that is just my opinon.

Well time for me to have a little Vent again. I havent had one for a little while now and it is because things have been going ok lately. But the time has come for another one. And OMG this one is not about boyfriends or relationships or anything Miracles will happen.Well I start my Network. It's not even Officially Opening until Jan 1, 2006. However, I have all these complaint Emails coming through from people Visiting my website. Complaining that Chat isn't running, complaining that the site isnt working, complaining that they dont have their ZN Email Address yet. Wanting to know why?Simple, as I reply to them in most cases. The ZN Network does NOT Officially Open until the 1st of Jan 2006. I'm sorry that you feel you need to complain about the way things are running. But *darn* people, this is the stage where the website is created to the best it can be and the Chat Network is designed. Like give me a break. I have been working so *darn* hard on this for Months now and it is coming to together. Stop your whining and complaining and wait until after the opening. There is also going to be bugs in a system until they are sorted out.Arh now I feel better after that. Now time to go back to working on the website.

I must admit that it does get annoying. However, they do this for a reason and that is something that I do have to agree with. A good thing to do just in case if you know you are going away or something is to post a lot before then and make sure you have enough credits.I know that when I went into hospital I was going to be in there for like 2 weeks. But its a hospital so you never really know how long you will be there. So I made approx. 34 Hosting Credits. So that covered me for over a month. And I got back and everything was still running fine. A good point ot make
