pretty good explanation in there.I do have some share of this problem and though my process is different allow me to share it here,If I have some file that cannot be deleted the only thing that I do is create a text file from notepad, then name that file same with the one that I wanted to delete including the extension name, save that notepad text file on the same directory of the undeletable file, Windows will now prompt you if you want to overwrite it, choose yes and there you now have a modified file that can actually be deleted.This has always worked for me, I hope this will help someone

you might want to consider winavi, I have been using this program for my video converting needs and it is actually good, the interface is simple and user friendly as well, problem though is that it is not free but you can download the trial version to see.

your plan has a pretty neat specification, most programs will have no problem running in there and with the price that low I say you go for it, just get a nice video card and you will ge all set.

that specs is really great, I wonder how the programs we have now will run on these systems, and for 10000 dollars, wow thats really insane.

true or not I will not actually buy this one, I mean what is the point of catching something flying when you're still half asleep.My technique on my alarm clock would be to put it away of my bed so that when it alarms I will need to get up, walk and turn it off, works great everytime, but of course this is only for those who cannot sleep with the alarm on, some whom I actually know can disregard the alarm clock sound and continue with their snoring lol

as I understand airplane tires comes close to being indestructible but not indestructible.I agree with other poster here that one reason why it is not available is due to the manufacturing cost and if the market will accept it.About the issue on the disposing of tires, in our country there's somebodu that will actually buy your old tires right in front of your home, they recycle this and some of my friends says that these recycled tires are actually good quality, have not tried any though

in today's normal computer application such as browsing, office applications, 512MB is enough, well you can also have a decent performance with 256MB, but I agree memory in computer system is the first one to be considered when upgrading, bigger memory really help a lot

though I am a Windows user I treat this news as a good one. Having used some of google's services like toolbar, search engine as well as email I feel that they have the capability to be at least a threat to Bill Gates' Microsoft. Someday a new Operating SYstem made by Google will appear and I will certainly give that a try.

One other option would be getting two normal sized drives then buy a PCI RAID Controller card and configure your drives in RAID 0, I believe this will improve performance more.

to isolate thermal factor on this, open up the case and point an electric fan to it, power on your system and observe if same problem would appear, check also the test report for your motherboard and make sure that all components are supported, this can also contribute to system instability.One more thing, sometimes we are not aware that we have not properly installed the heatsing-fan you can also verify this, see to it that the heatsink properly and firmly touches the CPU die.Let us know any development.

you mentioned that when you bring the notebook downstairs the signal is nonexistent, what about if it is near the router do you have the same problem? Does you friends notebook can connect properly downstairs?

LOL that's freakishly huge program huh, not much of a gamer here so most programs in my PC will be below a hundred, the biggest I think would be near 200MB

Formatting is just a part to revive or refresh your system, hence make sure that you have the WIndows Installation disc as well as the drivers for your motherboard and devices (if none you can download then anyways on their website).Best formatting software would be the one available from your hard drive manufacturer, you can get it from them for free (of course through downloading)Update us here if you need more assistance

as mentioned by earlier poster the best thing would be checking both specifications and compare them. Linksys is not like other fly by night companies, they have pretty made their position in the market along side with DLINK and others so I think you can be safe there. So if it has the things you need then I would go for the cheaper one but if money is not a problem then sure go with Apple
