 I have install  the  com_virtumart on linux server ,  I am not able to rename , upload, update fiels Permission denied  on  com_virtumart installed folder, rest of it I can edit/update/delete file throught the file zila or cpanel

Clearly you are experiencing user permissions problem. Seems that these files do not belong to you.

Where is this linux server located? Is it your own PC ? Or are you hosted somewhere? If this problem is on your Xisto account, open a ticket at Xisto - Support, they will fix the user permissions problem.
