Does anyone play this game? I do, I'm a lvl 55 [light/ice mage] Good game to pass time and meet some awsome people too. Downside, the original scania server is overcrowded with people! I think Wizet has to do something about that like to expand the scania world and not create these new worlds. Durring peak times its tough clicking/hammering the server to get in. But what can you do for a free MMORPG. I use cashstop, so its a form of paying. Hope something will be done for scania i don't want it to be crowded as hell.

Well, never tried Maple Story (yup, heard about it, but never managed to try) - however, if you want to play some not crowded free MMORPG, I'd recommend dofus - you never get a timeout there

I don't like it anymore. The problem with this is the English version compared to the Japanese version. The english version is so far behind, it's not even called a game compared to the Korean version. There are so much addons and stuff in that version, that we feel left out so badly. They gotta combine the two servers, or fasten that updating up because it's really getting people angry.

I checked out dofus, looks very nice but for some reason i can only choose the female characters Is there any male characters in the game?

Yes you can though i haven't played it for awhile. I remember though, that you have to click the symbol for male (Which is like a + sign on top of an "o") to change from female to male characters. It's quite fun actually...though i really have a strong "hatred" for turn-based games. Realtime is so much better.

 

MapleStory is fun. I have a lvl35 cleric before but quit coz there were better games like Guild Wars. Then i joined again when Guild Wars got boring and all the other MMORPGs i used to play went from free Beta to p2p. I like the idea of MapleStory being free but you pay for the Cash Shop stuff. Kindof like Gunbound. Now i have a lvl37 lit mage and so far..because of the new additions and I'm (hopefully) going to buy something out of the Cash Shop so yeah...

I have i think 2 characters on MapleStory. One of them is a fighter that is level 23 and the other is a bowman and i cannot remember his level. I do not play MapleStory much anymore though. I kind of got tied up with RuneScape and then stoped playing MapleStory. Although I do think that MapleStory is a good game.

MapleStory is pretty fun if you're looking to pass time or meet friends. There are upsides. But the downside that I really don't like is where you can only move left, right, down, and up. Well, at least the last time I played.

I used to play this game. I think MapleStory has great little characters. It's fun to play old-school with 2-D graphics. There is a lot of online games out there. There's FlyForFun and Gaia, to name a few. I like Gaia a lot, but I haven't tried FlyForFun yet.
