well,do you set password for you system in safe mode?if not,you should go safe mode to change the password of the current user who you are.but if you did set password in safe mode as well,it will be trouble to solve...umm,details:you should use the system cd to boot your computer and chose the recover cotrol panel, then you will see the window like DOS just like C:/;meanwhile you type 1 to go into your system disk and type the command,of which form is:"net user adiministrator password" during which password is what you want to change or set again to instead the lost password.good luck!

Login to window xp / vista computer without password?Windows Xp Pro

try blank. Here is the methods I know.

The first thing which you check if you forget login password. When we install Windows, it automatically creates an account "Administrator" and sets its password to blank. So if you have forget Your user account password then try this:Start system and when you See Windows Welcome screen / Login screen, press ctrl+alt+del keys Twice and it'll show Classic Login box. Now type "Administrator" (without quotes) in Username and leave Password field blank. Now press Enter and you should be able to log in Windows. Now you can reset your account password from "Control Panel -> User Accounts".Same thing can be done using Safe Mode. In Safe Mode Windows will show this in-built Administrator account in Login screen.

Windows XP and further versions also provide another method to recover forgotten Password by using "Reset Disk". If you created a Password Reset Disk in Past, you can use that disk to reset the password.

I know some password tools just like below1. Windows Password Recovery Tool 3.0(http://www.windowspasswordsrecovery.com/)2. Windows Password Key 8.0(http://www.lostwindowspassword.com/)3. Windows Password Recovery 6.0(http://www.recoverlostpassword.com/404.shtml)

This is very easy to do, but rather than explain it all here, I've found thing that show you exactly how to do it.
This is the easiest method, but for this you need to have the Windows Setup DVD that came with you computer, if not go to the second link.

If you dont have the setup DVDs, then follow this link to fix it. These methods requires a bit more work though, but is just as effective.
you can find a windows password key 8.0 to solved your problem. once I had the same headache, I had download it from this :

http://www.bestvistadownloads.com/software/t-free-windows-password-key-download-yaljbmbp.html

and the serial is: not allowed

Hope it can help you.

Forgot Windows Vista and can't login into your system ,Have you ever try to with command prompt.I have just read an article about How to Break Windows Administrator Password from DOS Command Prompt? The detail: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ you cannot enter the safe mode, I?m afraid you have to create a password reset disk with a CD/DVD or USB drive as the article mentioned. Otherwise, reinstallation will be your only choice.
