jedipi 0 Report post Posted September 27, 2005 Outpost firewall just was just released its new 3.0 version. This version includes an Anti-Spyware plugin plus an ARP (Ethernet) filtering tab for the Attack Detection plugin.I love the new ID Block feature.it prevents my personal data leaks.outpost is my favourite firewall. Configurable, but also good out-of-the-box. Give it a try.Get it here http://www.agnitum.com/index.phpand it is small, 4.5MB only. ZoneAlarm pro 6.0 is about 9MB. I would recommend you to install another one as well, it can't do any harm, and may save you some trouble.
Shadow X 0 Report post Posted September 28, 2005 I've never heard of Outpost before. Is it a good firewall. Currently I'm using Norton Anti-Virus as my Firewall but I'm hoping to try out new things to see which ones are good or not. I might try Outpost, thanks for the link jedipi!
