i did everytyhing u said, my subdomain name is supposed to be, purplemonkeydishwasher000.trap17.com i added the /cpanel at the end, and nothing is happening, the site is not found, i'm not sure how to login to my website. Probably the admin said that my account is activated but it really isn't, or he made a typo at my domain name, or something, PLEASE HELP

well i cant acces my cpanel that way at the moment,i have to use an ip,until my DNS is ready.but i dont know if the ip is the same as you.

even when dns is set, i could not, even now, access the cpanel from domain site, must use [ip adress]/cpanel
