miCRoSCoPiC^eaRthLinG 0 Report post Posted June 15, 2005 Hi guys, Till date we don't have an easy way of indexing the HOSTED member's pages at Xisto or Xisto. We are going to start working on that pretty soon - and develope some sort of a page indexing system, that will automatically list your hosted site as soon as you put up your pages - i.e. some sort of a custom crawler, that will crawl through only the asta+trap sites. Right now the only way of finding out a members site is by browsing through the hosting account request posts and figuring out the domain/subdomains from there - or wading through all the posts in this forum. So with an auto-indexing system in place, life will be hell lot easier But prior to that - I ask you guys to to come and list your sites, one by one in consecutive posts. No need to put up a review of your site - simply make a post mentioning your domain/subdomain and the theme of your site as a reply to this post. The format would be like: Site address: http://www.mydomain.com/ or mysubdomain.astahost.com (whichever your site can be accessed at) Theme: My site is on how to make up potential excuses (my cat ate my homework which my dog ate up) Active: YES/NO (according to vizskywalker's suggestion) - you should let us know if your site's active or not This'll make our categorization job a triffle bit easier and give us a heads up... Also along with this, the directory will contain quick links to the wealth of tutorials we have on this board and trap - but of course, the tutorials will be reviewed again and only the best and most concrete ones will be listed up there for quicker reference.
