chilipie 0 Report post Posted November 21, 2004 If I bought a domain name - let's say chilipie.co.uk - could I replace my Xisto subdomain (redblizzard.astahost.com) with my new domain? It just seems stupid buying a domain and then still being able to access the site through my old subdomain. Thanks in advance,Ol.

Thanks in advance, Ol. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> In your CPanel you would have Addon domains, this is what it can be used for, read the CPanel documentation if you need more help with it. Make sure you point your domain to ns1.astahost.com and ns2.astahost.com and expect around 48 hours for the DNS to update worldwide. Cheers, MC

chilipie 0 Report post Posted November 21, 2004 how do you get a domain name? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Try Googling for "domain name". I think one of the best places for cheap domain names is https://www.1and1.co.uk/.
