I doubt that your dream has any real meaning but one thing I know is that you are bound to get lots of different interpretations from different dream interpreters on this forum. I think that dreams are normally your brain processing thinks you thought about durng the day. I believe that as the day goes by your eyes are the camera lense and your brain is the film. so all day long your eyes blink assume that each blink is the camera taking a photo and the picture stored in the brain. and just a like a movie camera the pictures are stored in a sucession meaning when you flick through them at the right speed its like watching those old cinema movie witht the film in them.

Sometimes as you cross the road you will look left and right to watch for traffic or is it right then left then right again as you look you see more than just the traffic but because you are concentrating on crossing the road you may fail too notice a woman crossing the road a few meters from you. this doesnt mean you brain film didnt capture her photo. just like those pictures you take on holiday or in the club then you realise arghhh there an idiot making a face in the background. Similar to that photo wth the idiot while you are sleeping the brain will play back all those picture like a movie in oour head and we may notice thing we didnt notice while the film in our brain was recording because our attention was elsewhere.

Thats a very spooky dream, but probably might be dreaming about something bad that is going to happen to you, something evil because that person does not reseable something nice but a ghost.Christians say if u dream about something like that and it felt real you need to straight away wake up and pray but i dont know how the non christian go about this.

I am not sure dream expert, although many here claim to know a lot about dreams. My dreams usually consist of random thoughts and usually pleasing thoughts rather than extreme and scary visuals. However, I have had a few bad dreams in the past and they usually related to the way I thought at the time. I think that dreams are simply your thoughts in your conscious or subconscious. The lady in your dream could really mean anything, you have to ask yourself what she means. She could represent someone evil or death. She could represent your fear. She could also represent absolutely nothing, except for a random thought I really don't believe in the idea of dreams predicting the future or anything of that nature. Just a few days back i had dreams and i say i say this because i have not had dreams in almost a year.... atleast dreams which i could remember.... Any ways i had a dream suddenly few days back about my grandma who past away few years back, As this dream progressed it into a scary nightmare cause right after i saw my grandma i started to see accidents and maybe it was because i had been in a accident just a week back and i my subconscious couldn't let go of the shock as the accident was Really serious.... Neways as the the dream continued and turned nightmarish my sister gives a really hard knock on my room door at 5am just to wake me up and let me that know my grandpa had passed away..... :S SO wht do u think this might mean ???? I knew tht some one was gna die ????

I don't think someone will die. It's more like your subconscious mind holds a lot of pains and memories which are playing in mind. You're missing grandma and that is reflected in your dreams. I don't see there is much connection about prediction and what your dreams and memories hold.

My grandpa did pass away that day, It wasn't in my dream..... I never had a dream for almost a year.... After 1 year i have a night mare + dream and my grandpa passes away... I know its not connected but it makes me wonder like what the hell happed that day.....

Ohhh spooky! I had a similar dream once when a demon-like lady (A.K.A normal lady ) was sitting on my leg and i couldn't even move, all i had to do was just stare. I couldn't even scream or do anything. This lasted for like a whole minute but it seemed like a eternity. I later found out that the reason i had that dream was that when you sleep the brain disconnects from your body so it doesn't act out the dream and when you suddenly wake up, the brain has to connect to the body again, thats why your brain "makes up" something like a demonic lady to sit on your chest,leg,etc. to make it feel like there is weight there. I suggest you wait it out this time and if you keep having the "SAME" dream over and over again or have different variations, go to a physiologist or a dream specialist, they would try what you have to do.

It's not that "big" of a coincidence as it really seems. At least 7 out of 10 people in the world have reported similar dreams in their life. It is MORE likely to occur in places where the cultures have a really scary story or have myths about people sitting on their feet. It's totally normal because it occurs in the REM (Rapid Eye Motion) part of the dream where all your dreams happen and your body can't move. But that is kind of "creepy" though.

No joke but ive been seeing that lady in several of my dreams.....After each dream I awoke in a complete and utter panic because I felt so scared. I feel like she is trying to tell me something but I don't know what it is I cant communicate with her.

i was sitting on a train(just me in the cart). in the morning. and i fell asleep for 5 mins. when i woke up, i could see this old lady sitting infront of me. Black long hair, black long dress, black fingernails, pale skin, and the blackest eyes i have ever seen.

 

and she was staring in my eyes, tru the reflection in the glass. i was sitting there for 1-2 mins, and she had that awful grin and was just staring....

i had no idea what to do, so i left the train.

after that i could see everyone was staring at me, ppl stopped doing what they did when they saw me, i tried to find another train, but everytime i even got close to an exit. things just happened over again. same ppl going out of different trains..

i walked at the train station for about an hour, (everything was repeating itself) untill i found a train. and then got the hell away from there.

and i remember i woke up later that day, hoping it all was a dream, and found the train ticket.......

this was my worst experience in my life.

and i was not asleep.
