If you hang out here awhile, you will soon discover we have a very good group of folks here that are very helpful with any problems you have. I specialise in helping startups create test processes and test departments. I'm currently in the netherlands where i work for a large american ICT company (with a rather famous cycling team that's been in the news a lot lately ... To my eternal shame, i once made a complete mess of an interview i had at microsoft in Dublin for the position of test lead. All was going well, until they made me do one of those horrid white-board tests; completely screwed it up and there, in a brief 10 minute spell went a career testing at microsoft!
