wendylady 0 Report post Posted July 22, 2009 Good for you . I just started to the , take offf pound thing my self , after two kids i need it. Been walking around my own home thou as there is not a nice kool mall with in 3 hours of me. What helps the best is if you h ave some one to talk to , seem to make it more fun and makes time go by so much faster. you mite also try goign up and down some stairs , as this will help rebuild up your legs.
