Loosing Weight normal walks

I have been always chubby but for the last year or so i have been having 20minutes to 1 hours walks with my friends around the mall and so on and i must say it works like a charm. Moobs = gone haha

haha MOOMBS#1!!! i've never heard that expression before...ever...and hopefully i am assuming correcting that it stands for man boobs? haha that's funny. glad t

yep :) Its pretty fun too. Seriously to all the chubby people out there! I know how you feel! And i must say that if you just start doing something about it you will feel much better have more fun living in general! :D

Good for you . I just started to the , take offf pound thing my self , after two kids i need it. Been walking around my own home thou as there is not a nice kool mall with in 3 hours of me. What helps the best is if you h ave some one to talk to , seem to make it more fun and makes time go by so much faster. you mite also try goign up and down some stairs , as this will help rebuild up your legs.
