I Can?t Send Support Tickets The script in Xisto Support is failing

Hi I have a urgent problem because I need to send a support ticket in my Xisto - Support/Billing account but when i try to send the ticket the script back a error message and I don?t know what is that.I try to send and email to the support email address but I don?t know If I will get an answer.Please can someone help me, repair the issue that is failing please.Regards

Have you tried submitting a ticket recently? If you havent tried since this post then retry now, it might have been a little glitch that has been sorted. If you do submit the ticket let them know about the email you sent too so they dont reply twice :(If its still not working then reply in this thread to let the mods and admins know that the system is still buggy.
